Zippy gun-- Don't know about your work experience-- but when I served my 3 months probationary period, I was on a 'short leash' and errors were counted, documented and reviewed-- too many errors and I would have been out the door.

You know, KD knew about my work, never advised me on what to do, altho lots of clowns did, therefore, I let KD run his program the way he wants to. For the most part, I'm very happy with him.
