Glad to see these responses here on the board. Get this stuff out there for the rest of the fans to see. Gets me fired up that we are just the red headed step child to them. The more people e-mail, the more they will realize just how many people care about the game and not make that mistake again!

This kind of stuff just makes them look like cry babies. Glad to see them get beat down! Just re-emphasizes who is #1 in this town!

We're all insulted by this. The only thing we can do is voice our opinion. If enough of us make a stink, Channel 5 gets some bad media. Sure, the ABJ continues to consider UA a 2nd rate school, but at least we raised enough stink to get an article written about it. Puts some egg on Channel 5's face. As for the ABJ, I think UA should just buy the building and then evict them in the middle of the night. Then they might realize who holds the biggest stick in town.

After the NC State win, JD has done nothing to make himself standout as a potential candidate to move on. I don't see him leaving. He seems to be settling in here, and gradually (maybe very gradually) improving the program.

As much as the next guy, I want everyone to have fun at the tailgates, but things got out of control on Saturday. After working for 6 years to get people to come to Akron tailgates, I had an all time high this past week...25 with 12 attending the game. Of the remaining 13, I got multiple complaints of how RUDE and OBSCENE the students were when they tried to leave. Someone tired to pick a fight with my 60 year old Father-In-Law after he asked them to not to put beer bottles under his tires and on his truck. Someone else was THROWING beer bottles at some women and making obscene gestures and comments!Needless to say, some of those people have told me that they will no longer come to Akron games because of this and have complained to the UofA Police Dept. GET YOUR ACT UNDER CONTROL!!! UA HAS RECEIVED MANY COMPLAINTS FROM THIS PAST WEEKEND....DON'T RUIN IT FOR THE REST OF US!!!

We're pretty beat up right now.....could get ugly if things keep going this way. Focus on next week is what we should be doing and trying to win EVERY game.

I'm an OLDIE who sits in GA. For Homecoming, I think we should grab the front few rows next to the Rowdies closer to midfield (We're older and deserve more respect...so we should get better seats). I'll put something up a week before the game.

The planning for seating was very poor yesterday. I got into the game a bit late, and they were still trying to pack people into the visitors side when there was clearly room on the home side. Also, they decided to give the HS band students the best seats, snubbing season ticket GA holders. I didn't mind, I actually sat in "The Roo Zoo" and loved it. I was just a little frustrated when the student section began to clear out in an obviously close game at the end of the 3rd......what's the deal there rowdies?

Definately something about Roo Town. I agree, that it would be very hard to see from Rt. 8. My guess is that it:1) Raises community awareness about Akron Athletics.2) It will in some way be visible from the Stadium Construction Cam.3) Will create quite a buzz initially. I like the ingenuity behind this one.

3 games into the season, coming off of two tough B10 games, does anyone think the OL has learned a few things and will be able to push Can't around? I would love to see us griding it out on Can't.

From what I saw of UCF's stadium, it was built to maximize seating and bare bones on everything else. It's a pile of crap. While we're on the topic of bad facilities, what was the deal at Ohio stadium with the pissers? Pissing in a tent!?! After the MILLIONS they spent on that place a few years ago and the fans have to piss in a tent. I have to admit, it is still better than the RB, but I'm glad the path UA took with InfoCision!

Where did that come from, I think that is the stupidest thing I have heard of considering Cant is the flushes not the Flushes!At least when Cant says Screw the Roo or whatever they say they keep our mascot saying, and not change it to the "Flushes". This is NOT a shot at the band, so please don't take it this way. I can't believe how bad our school is when it comes to giving the fans what they want. Michigan Tech., buried in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan makes Akron look like a middle school chess club fund raiser. Something as important as the UofA CD should be sold in the book store and online. The Band should not be the ones pushing it either, it should be the bookstore and the Athletic Dept. I've been waiting for a CD to come out for YEARS now, and thank GOD I frequent this page or I wouldn't even know a new one came out. Things like this, and the woefully inadequate availability of UofA merchandise has been a BIG, BIG Problem for years. How the Hell am I supposed to show my school spirit when I can't get my hands on stuff. UGH! P.S. My check is in the mail for the CD. THANK YOU!!!

Though I did not see the IU game yesterday, from what I've seen and read through the first 3 games, CJ gets my vote for QB. As for the D, a lot of very good, informative points brought up, thank you. I have to think that we run the 3-3-5 to best take advantage of the players we have. We don't have a lot of depth at DL, so we are putting the best D on the field we can.I hope everyone is right about Can't not being that good, but they have taken us by suprise in the past, and I am pleasantly suprised at this point to think we've got a chance to win the MAC.

I didn't get a chance to watch, or listen to the game much yesterday. It sounds like the Offense made some improvement over the previous week. If Edelman starts running wild, do we have the ability to outshoot them? How does their D stack up to what we've seen so far?

So we send a check to UofA and a CD arrives. You aren't selling this in the bookstore or the team shop???? If you want to sell something, you need to put it somewhere where people can buy it.
