I would suggest you either go to a game or watch one on TV or the internet to get your answer. In the WMU game, the minute he touched the ball on the offensive end, he was double and triple teamed. Same thing with NIU. Why do you think McAdams was able to go 6-6 from the field including 4-4 on three pointers.

I think the trap is effective at times but we need to use it more carefully. I still want us to pressure full court on every made basket. It's part of our strategy of going 11 deep every game. The constant pressure starts to really wear on our opponents in the second half.

The minute I saw Glen Mayborg was the head official at last nights game, I knew Zeke and our bigs were going to have a bad time. I appeared that he made every ticky-tack foul call he could think of last night. We finally got a call to go our way at the end when one of the other refs called a foul that gave us a new possession with 19 seconds left. Right now we only have 12 players on scholarship. Egner has officially left the program at the semester break. So that leaves us with four openings for next year and now we have 5 incoming players. It looks like Justice is on the hot seat now. His inability to handle the ball will be the reason for his departure. I think he will have 2 years. I don't think you redshirt JUCOs. He is more of a combo guard than a true 1.

He can take a hit just fine.

KD remarked after the game the other night that Tree had started to take his time and it was really helping his offensive game. Last year when he got the ball he was in too big of a hurry and often put up awkward shots. I think KD said he was like a bull in a china shop. This year he is getting better at using good footwork to get an open shot.

I should have been clearer. They did spend quite a bit of time on defense. The only offense practice today was a shoot around.

The team spent almost the entire practice today practicing their shooting. We'll see if it pays off.

This is much more profitable to ESPN and the like.
