Operation Bullcrap-for-Bulldog ... I propose we intentionally let our guard down in Michigan, leaving all of the directional Michigans exposed to an offensive strike and takeover by Horizon League forces out of Detroit and Chicago. Staging forces from Toledo, BG, and Oxford along side existing forces in Muncie, we swoop in on Indianapolis and grab Butler while the Horizon League is occupied and distracted by our deceptive move in Michigan. We might take some casualties in football but should benefit in basketball, soccer and possibly travel budgets.

With no football team to drain money away from athletics, why couldn't VCU ante up to keep Shaka in Richmond? Caleb Porter likes it here and wants to create his legacy in .... gasp ... AKRON! Shaka could do the same at VCU instead of becoming a journeyman coach-for-hire. Looking forward to VCU heading our way next year - led by Shaka Smart. Go Rams!!!
