I think it's good to have at least one logo with the name of the school/city spelled out... that's the best branding/marketing aspect. As for uniforms, I would just use it on the chest where it can be large enough and not cram it onto helmets and in media/scorebugs where it's hard on the eyeballs.

He has tons of coaching and former player connections now so yes it will be interesting to see the new staff come together. With my veto power, I am eliminating: 1) iCoach, 2) Milwee, and 3) Jeff Bowden I'd actually be OK with keeping Arth on as QB coach if he would be willing to cancel his contract and take a pay cut in exchange for sustaining his coaching career without a gap in his resume. What is Oscar R.'s position coaching strength? He seems like a good ambassador and relatable to the players. Maybe a recruiting coordinator type role? And I'm half serious about Brookhart as an assistant - JM would be paying back the hiring favor. Of course, he may refuse to return to an employer that fired him previously but then again it would be more money than he's currently making as a H.S. coach.

At least we don't line up like goofballs and take pictures of ourselves trying to spell it out with our arms.

Congrats and thanks to CG for getting this deal done. Given Coach Mo's goals at this particular juncture of being back within a few hours of Pittsburgh and wanting to rehab/re-hone his head coaching chops at the less intense G5 level, timing and good fortune seem to have smiled upon us. It could have been one of the other MAC East schools or maybe a Marshall, depending on who had an opening at the right time (now). If TA had been given another year, this opportunity might have been missed.
