  1. It probably could have been salvaged if taken over by a real university.

  3. Right, those were down years for us too but we still scared 'em good. We haven't really had an up year since 2005 when we won the MAC. Last year we won our first bowl game but didn't beat anyone with a winning record and got wrecked by our division champ. A B10 win would be almost as huge for us as the SEC win was for you. Go Zips!

IN OUR LAST MEETING No. 25 UCLA def. 6. The poll under/over numbers turned out to be very well chosen.
  7. The ESPN announcers were calling out the Zips defensive coaching for not using a zone scheme to take away their big plays to the outside.
  8. Marshall had a bye in Week 1 and plays Morgan State this Saturday. So we will be their first FBS opponent and will have an extra game under our belt which will hopefully be to our advantage.
  9. And the Soap Box Derby officials are now complaining about the RB.
  10. That should have been an illegal use of the hands penalty
  11. Equipment malfunction? How many QBs wear a glove and neoprene sleeve on their throwing arm?!
  12. They should have moved that game to Infocision. Actually it's pretty ridiculous they didn't.
  13. How was the live music?
  14. For those that were there, how good did the Keydets really look? We haven't given them much credit but it sounds like they were no slouch.
  15. Then I wish they would have willed to have more than a 2 point cushion after 3 quarters, even if it meant exposing some playbook. That's cutting it a little close. And you can't score at will with that amount of penalties. Let's hope Wisconsin will be hung over and flat.
  16. Zipgrad01 could probably help you out
  17. Coaches need to learn what a penalty is...
  18. Run the freakin ball on 1st down on the 13.
  19. 136 yards in penalties, still in the 3rd quarter.
  20. Can we not run more than 31 yards in a half against these guys? Are we afraid to let TW4 run it?
  21. Shout out to our military, active and vets !

  23. Or a Kent student..
  24. I would love to make a proposition bet with Mr. Flood regarding the Zips point production in this game.
  25. Well, ASU won't be ranked. They are obviously good but beatable in Akron. I predict a barn-burner.
