The problem is your NCAA tourney games are played in big, unfamiliar arenas; that along with some big stage jitters makes it hard to shoot at a high percentage.
We need 3-4 QBs competing to be the starter, not just "serviceable backups". Let's be winners, not settlers. Granted, great QBs are not that easy to come by in the MAC but that should be the mindset.

IANABC but wouldn't that be the best counter to opposing guards who can consistently drive to the basket -- go fast-tempo, even full-court press and try to wear them down with depth? Maybe get a few turnovers to prevent a few easy buckets for them...
I hope he has some good competition in spring practice and again in the fall. I'm not rooting against him but as soon as you anoint someone they're bound to have a health or off-field issue.
