I love the idea but the new conference is unbalanced with 9 members. I would prefer 12 members that include Northern Illinois, Southern Illinois, and Dayton (moving to FBS). I am curious, where might this leave Can't? Why in the world would a conference want them? It's an automatic turn-off.

I'm a diehard Zips fan, but I just don't know what to do. We always play like A-KRAP, especially when its a decent or good team. I was in the Rowdies cheering stand up, too, but that was a moment of which maybe some more noise would have helped. I'm not going to blame the fans for sitting because every time they go to stand, either a timeout is called, or the opposing team shuts them up. A-krap can never sustain a momentum swing in favor of themselves. It's quite pathetic. I truly hope the talk about those two guys, who are ineligible this year, are the real deal and are ACTUAL athletes. Akron won't make it anywhere unless they somehow find athletes that can play like Norris Cole and Chris Wright. Norris Cole DUNKED ON ZEKE! Zeke didn't really foul him, but that dunk deserved a foul. This is truly embarrassing and I am not going to put anything on the fans until the product on the court doesn't smell like the product in a toilet.

I was brainwashed when I was born. Bleed blue and gold, puke scarlet and gray, and pee Can't yellow. There's no school in Ohio like Akron, at least for me. I know all the players like they are my friends, the Rowdies are like my second family (one VERY large family), and just the atmosphere is fun. What other college allows this? OSUcks is too big; Can't State, well, who would want to get to know them. Bottom line, I'm honored to be a Zips fan.

Very entertaining watching Can't suck, and CSUcks struggle at the line. Norris Cole isn't anything special. He was too fast or explosive from what I could tell. Things to take away from this game: 1) Can't sucks 2) CSUcks isn't much better, if at all. 3) Can't sucks 4) Gary Waters' tooth gap has gotten larger Akron should take care of business against both teams.

Sometimes you are so close to your team that you lose some objectivity on the other teams in the MAC. Like Buffalo, Ball State is as bad as the Zips. It s simply a matter of whether or not Ianello can rally the troops, and whether Latina can figure out some way to score a point. Our defense will be fine against Ball State. If Ianello can coach, we beat Ball State and Buffalo. If iCan't Coach can actually coach, we would've beaten Gardner Webb.

Conyers has to be having nightmares about that. Things didn't work out to well for Jimmy the last time he had to battle Nate for playing time. He also wasn't at his full potential when he played with Nate.

I love Porter. The guy has to win. Nothing else is acceptable. Even winning sometimes isn't enough.

Ohio and Can't ahead of Akron? What were these people smoking? Can't graduated SO many key players last year. They are going to be NOTHING! O-Who had a few key players leave the team. If you're going to put anyone ahead of Akron, it's going to be Miami (OH). That's the only team that is consistent year in and year out. Did these people only look at that we basically have a whole new team? If that's true, they are in for a surprise. Everyone who thinks we wont be good this year will be in for a surprise, too. Akron will win the MAC and be a top 25 team by the end of the OOC schedule. This team finally has the athleticism and basketball IQ to do something. If they can mesh, the sky's the limit, at least for the MAC this year. Big predictions, I know, but this team can do it.
