what's the point of a the challenge of a call if the replay guy won't change the call.the spot was not even close.plus we lose a timeout.

they gave the guy an extra yard mabye two??????

the spot by the ref was horrible, just like these guys announcing the game.

way to many penalties.my gosh.stay onsides and get a play off.

how is it luke fault for all of the penalties and drops.

why cant we put pressure on the qb.even third and long we cant get to any qb.

hopefully 4-3. i think cinnci is going to be a hard fought game ;which could go either way.really it all depends on which zips team shows up.still 6-6 season would be a disappointment ,and step back considering all the guys we had coming back.there is no reason we cannot beat miami,bg,ohio,buffalo.cinnci,toldeo,western are all going to be tuff. toledo is down this year so maybe that will help.

im with zipboy.im still in shock about the Can't game.not that we lost the game,but how we lost it. i thought it would be a close game either way.i thought maybe the kicking game would give us problems, but it did not even come down to that. we played better at penn state than Can't State,and no way can't has more talent. i do agree with ck the late hit when we had Can't stopped killed any chance we had at that point of winning.

i hope your right, but if teams that are six and six become bowl eligible that won't leave many spots unfilled. the mac runner up, and champion get two.maybe we can get the third bowl tie in but we need to be more than 6-6 to get it.

i still think luke is a great qb.im not all displeased with his play. i am just worried next year well have no qb with any playing time.cinnci is a non conference game which would be great to win,but if the situation calls we need to see what the other qb's can do.

i have to agree on the o-line. i can not totally blame any db because we get no pass rush on the qb. when we do get a pass rush it's usually a late hit on the other qb.im sure most people would be against this, but i would like to see some of the other qb's get a series ,or maybe two to get some experience. the next game is out of conference so it would be a good time.luke to me is still a very good qb,but he will not be here next year. also if he does get hurt we have no qb who has any game experience.

i can't stand can't ,but at the same time im a realist. the mac east is pretty much done. Can't already beat akron,bg,and miami.what presure is left. i don't think buffalo,ohio, ball state, or toledo really scares anyone.the zips just need to play one game,and hopefully turn in a respectable season.as for fan support there is no guy on the fence. those people left after Can't beat us up. the people that will show up are the ones that have supported the zips all the time. until we get a new staduim, and make a run at the championship it will be the same.

Can't won on the road two times and won so i knew we would have our hands full.hopefully Can't turning there football program around will build the rivalry. now if our marketing dept doesnt play Can't on thanksgiving next year well have alott of fans show up.

no way Can't has more talent.we lost because our guys thought they could just show up and Can't would lay down.we were also out coached this game. harvey is one the best wr i have seen in the mac period.i did think kiki played a decent game to. why does the staff continue to let crouch out there by himself in pass blocking. nothing against crouch.how hard is it to help with the back ,or te to help protect lukes back side.instead they did nothing and let luke get pounded a few times. either that or move kemme over there. we need a lt for the next few years. also it would be nice to get some of the other qb some pt next week. im not saying bench luke,but maybe let these guys qb's get a series or two. we need to get our qb's some experince for next year.we also need to rotate some more ol for next year.

as much as i hate Can't i ave to give there team and coaches credit. they were the determined to win that game.i never saw an akron team tackle that badly excpet for all of owens defenses.

the answer to the first question is no.we are 0-2 Can't is 3-0. Can't has five mac games left. they could lose two five ,and still win the mac. we have six mac games left. if we go 5-1 Can't could lose three, of the five and still win it. with the teams they have left in the mac; i dont see it happening. it would still be nice to beat the tarr out of miami, and bg though.also to go 3-1 in out of conference games would still be a good accomplishment for any mac team.

exactly Can't has five games left.Can't could lose at least two/ maybe three, and still win the mac.we would have to win out, and hope for that Can't totally falls on it's face.

zipsgrad not to downplay your post ,but were actually three games back of Can't now. they won two games on the road ;so it really does not matter that are two losses are on the road. the season (unless Can't totally goes in the tank ) is over.

as a longtime zipfan /i never thought would say we are getting blown out by Can't.
