Good call. Now I’m lowering my ranking of the new floor from 5-stars to 3-stars. I do like the new A logo, but the floor could have looked outstanding [sigh] 🫤 Maybe with the volleyball lines now on the court they thought the two tones of wood looked too busy? That would not, however, effect the gold accent on the ribbon.

Sort of wish they would have stuck with the original rendering w/ two shades of wood stain.

You highlight the real problem the highest level of college football has. Only 4 teams have any shot at winning the natty each year. (I'd add LSU to your above mentioned list of AL/GA/OSU.) Clemson, Oregon, and Auburn have nice teams on occasion, but let's not talk exceptions which prove the rule. That's it. I mean... THAT. IS. IT. Is that exciting? Is that entertaining? So yeah, it may as well be us getting thumped in a big money game as opposed to Illinois or Purdue, or whoever else you'd list from the other 99% of D-1 college teams.

I'm rather excited about the potential of our linebacking crew. Bubba - best LB in the MAC (I may be just a bit biased) Tim Terry - brings additional senior leadership from a successful Buffalo program Jeslord Boateng - a solid MAC 2nd-Team, or Honorable Mention-type of talent Andrew Behm - who wasn't impressed with how this guy looked as a true freshman filling in for an injured Bubba last season? Julian Richardson - as was mentioned in another thread, we didn't send this guy to MAC Media Day for nothing Corey Thomas Jr. - was one of the top HS players in PA his senior season; hope he's physical enough for LB Ryan McClain - a horse. Is he quick enough for a stand-up LB position? Bryan McCoy - only going to be a true freshman, but this guy was a heat seeking missile in HS who can already bench something like 400 lbs. 😅 Luke Bauer - always pull for the local products. Built like a brick sh!thouse. Hope he's fast enough for this level.
