What he does bringing the ball up against pressure at the 2:23 mark is impressive! Edit: Yeah, after watching the entire video, he's good. I want him.

If we land him it'd make for a really nice freshman class w/ Ali & Dawson already signed. Hopefully LCJ can sway him to wear the blue & gold.

That's the year I really started following UA.

Though I would rather he had stayed, neither do I. He was even more one-dimensional than former 3-point specialists Reggie McAdams & Jake Kretzer.

I'm cool with this, albeit not overly excited. I'm hoping for more news today on either another high school senior signee or a player who can help us on the court next season.

Simply couldn't have asked for better weather today. Michael Scott stood out to me right away. He's a little bigger than Josh Ward & seems to move just as well. Josh also looks good as always. Jeffrey Lubin & Rich Hall really pass the eyeball test as DB's. Lubin's a big corner at 6'2". Being that tall I thought he might get moved to safety, but no, he's at CB. Gavin Blunt looked good at WR. Big, tall, pretty fast & has nice moves. But Gavin won't see the field much this year. We're stacked at WR. Jonah Morris, Boogie Knight & Nate Stewart are 3 legit WR's. Add Andre Williams to that corps & it's quite loaded. Timothy Scipio is also a big, athletic WR who adds depth. Our offense is going to be quite multiple. It looks like Arth likes RB's who can catch the ball out of the backfield. We often had either Deltron Sands or that new walk-on from MUU line up in the backfield but go into motion out wide. This gave us a spread offense with Deltron, Jonah, Boogie & Nate out wide & Maverick Wolfey at TE. Bad news: Jonah Morris looked like he hurt his knee & had to be carted off the field. I pray it's not too serious. Abraham Alce is a tank. I didn't notice Devanier Floyd today. Did he practice? There were a lot of this year's signees at the game. At least I think that's who they were. There may have been some recruits at the game as well. I could only recognize OL Xavier Gray from Jackson. So I just assumed they were signees who will be freshmen next season.

The had (3?) incoming verbal commits de-commit after Oates left.

They've had that portable barrier up between the hill & the field for a couple years now, right? Looks silly. I hope this gets corrected quickly, it's been too long & looks ridiculous.

We certainly haven't been having any problems signing players for next year. Jordan Banfield is our baseball recruiting coordinator (I think), and this is what he tweets whenever we sign a player. He tweets this at least two times per week. Idk what kind of prospects our signees are, but having numbers certainly isn't going to be an issue.

Thanks for compiling that info. Of our 4 transfers, the only transfer of real consequence is Utomi. Frankly, I'm relieved Poke and Kostelac's scholarships are freed up. Gueye was an intriguing prospect, but nothing more than that.

Wow. This is going to be an interesting story to watch develop. Unlike us, Pittsburgh has a local paper so we should be getting more information on the situation. Gavin Bizeau & Dylan Swigle were both being recruited by KD when he was still at Akron.

@Captain Kangaroo mentioned there were a number of McKinley players at a practice a week or so ago. I know we're currently looking at handful of McKinley players and, according to social media, have apparently already offered three. Let me see if I can dig up their names... Jalen Ross, 6-3, 190 WR, S. Offered. From Canton, he went to STVM his freshman & sophomore years & then transferred to McK. He has 9 D-1 offers, a few of those being FCS, I believe. Jasper Robinson, 6-5, 240, TE. Offered. IIRC, he also has an offer from Toledo. Good athlete. I got to see him play basketball this past year. Like Jalen, also plays basketball at McK. IMHO, I like multi-sport athletes, especially football players who either play basketball or wrestle. Really shows they're not stiffs. D.J. Owens, DE, 6-0, 230. I don't believe we've yet offered D.J. Jonah Lytle, DB. I don't believe we've yet offered Jonah. Brian Pinkey II, DB. Offered. Brian's only going to be a junior next year, so he's targeted for the '21 recruiting class.
