EA leaves people out of the game every year.
-
I was trying to do the same in c-bus. Most of the time BW3s would have the game. But the Buffalo game was on some kind of weird distribution where a bar would have to shell out like $2-300 for a bunch of games nobody wanted to see. I think they were trying to feed me a line. But then again, I don't ever worry about what games a bunch of drinkers want to watch over a weekend.

Someone at EA put up a test 2011 Teambuilder and the intarwebs found it. They got the available rosters and are matching them up to names. Here are the rosters EA has and the matched up names. I look forward to cutting Erick Howard at the beginning of my 2012 dynasty season. *note* edits by the names on the roster are not mine but from the board I copied this from. Incoming Recruit Richard Hall...

Your link and this one both say he will be a defensive end. -
Not a special snowflake here... But there is something comforting in that. Not being original or vastly different is acceptable; a feeling of shared destiny and humanity I guess. Now back to hating on Rand Paul. Working Man Rand Paul lost an Anthem. Can no longer play Rush songs note: Ayn Rand inspired some of their music.
-
I was talking more about the "buyers" and "sellers" definition you applied to politics in general. It sounds like a good way to explain ideas in context of coverage and leveraged marketing to an audience.
-
I like the way you envision it. Did you pick that up somewhere or make it up yourself?

What does it say about us that our main rival could be sanctioned? Feels like booing at the special Olympics.

Is anyone going to watch the LeBron On Larry King Live?

The problem Conway has is eventually he is going to have to start talking. Once he does that, the rest of the state will realize he is a leftist. This could be as close as he gets to Paul. Very true. This election is very much about defining Rand Paul. I hope I can watch their debates this summer online. Dems have gotten pretty good during recent elections at tacking to the center and peeling away at the middle; I bet it gets much closer.
-
Update: Paul 49% Conway 41% This is a drop from a 25% lead to an 8% point lead. Rand has been quiet. If I were Conway, i would try to goad him into talking, and get the national media frenzied up again. The anti-establishment fervor will not be a part of this race because they are both new to the seat.

Yawn... Haven't you posted this like 5-7 other times?

I double dog dare you to sit and watch nine innings of an Indians game. Come back and post after. I'm a Pirates fan. I could watch an Indians game standing on my head. It's all about conditioning and 15+ years of watching the Pirates has me in the best "watching bad baseball shape" I have ever been in. I fart in the general direction of this challenge. Get a tape of last nights game and watch it. It took the opposing pitcher 88 pitches to retire 9 innings of Indians batters. You'll get a real good idea of the type of "major league" talent that is on the team from top to bottom. You do have some conditioning being a Pirates fan, they are almost as bad as the Indians. If you have watched 3 full Pirates games this year I would be shocked! MLB is a joke. Wake me up after the strike. The sky is not falling. But this team is bad. We have building blocks and players that should bounce back (eventually). Let me paint you a picture. To me, that seems like a team. Not the Yankees, but something that can put us in situations we need to be in. Educate yourself if you consider yourself a fan. The core is there. Carmona, Cabrera, Choo, Sizemore, InsertNameHere, InsertNameHere, InsertNameHere We don't know who is going to step up. But the bottom line is that the Indians are the best run pro sports team in Cleveland. The Cavs got lucky with LeBron. You know about the Browns. Some bad calls have caught up with the Tribe(Hafner, trades, etc) but they could have done a lot worse. How many times do you think they were close to trading Carmona for a prospect while he was struggling? Who would not have signed Pronk to a long term deal after that season he had? -

I see your point. I can think of numerous situations where someone is from somehwere in NE Ohio, or even Akron specificially, and they are claimed by Cleveland as their "hometown kid". I bet many people outside of our region think Cleveland is LeBron's hometown. Family member was in Vegas, wearing Akron Zips gear and going to work out when he was asked about inside information pertaining to LeBron. Akron has been recognized. -
Now we are getting to the heart of the issue. Which is worse, a drunk Airman or a drunken Sailor? Kind of comes down to an old question. Is it worse to die in a plane crash or drown? Why does it have to be one or the other? Maybe the only option is that human society and the exchange of money for goods and services will continue unabated while things generally work. When they don't work, and are found out, it is usually possible to make money off of the fix.

Its political. Chances are good that Lebron is staying. The team has shown a commitment to winning a championship. Best record in the league the past two years. He would look like he was abandoning the team no if he left. Now local groups and politicians get their name out there attached to the biggest news story to hit locally in a long time. They will be on ESPN and news stations around Ohio. If he leaves, they can say they tried. If he stays, they can claim some of the credit. Good thinking on their part. Doesn't change that it is a little silly. -
Can't believe we're lower than that, and stop calling me Virginia (otherwise I'd be VAZip). Oh you meant the team. Now I'm going to guess we won't be lower than 90. If I'm wrong long enough, we can get to #1. I think we should consider the possibility that we were left off the list.

I am glad you are doing your part. I hope you have a great retirement. Thank you for making this country great. Great = Needs paid for. He describes himself as libertarian at the margins. Thats how I would describe myself to real liberals, at the margins. He is a libertarian. Did my youtube link not work? The rap battle? I have been posting these from work and youtube is blocked.

He does cite some neat views on Keynesian economic theory. one two three

Libertarian economist? I think I'll pass. "If all the economists were laid end to end, they'd never reach a conclusion." -- George Bernard Shaw Ill go with the masters... Keynes and Hayek

This is good for Rand. Makes him seem less libertarian/ crazy.
