    To play devil's advocate, the thinking of not rewarding the top 2 seeds too is that the hottest team gets in the tournament, not necessarily the best. Sometimes the hotter team has the better chance of an upset. See OU's run

    Agreed! I posted somewhere on here KD should have been on the phone with them the minute that was posted. There are a lot of upper level mid majors that are in the same position who could use the games.

    Houston is a good team. 12-6 in the AAC is nothing to scoff at. It's nice to see we could compete in a conference like that. So while I don't think that was a great example, I do agree that the smaller schools do generally get the shaft. Maybe Bakersfield will win and we'll get a home game with a trip to MSG on the line?

    This is a good point. Besides the fact that it was nice for our H-Town players to get a win in their hometown, what a better way to help recruiting than to beat the hometown team in their backyard?

    Agree to disagree. Houston shot 46 percent from the floor and 47 from three. Hate to see what an inspired performance would have looked like!

    Most of the tenants at those stadiums win and so fans still show up.

    I'm glad we can see Dog and Kwan play at least one more game. I'm hoping Kwan has a huge game soon so he doesn't go out with a bad taste in his mouth.

    I'll be honest I thought our main hope was Houston playing uninspired after missing the tournament and our Houston kids lighting it up with a chip on their shoulder. Houston played good. We're just a better team. Unfortunately a performance like that on Saturday would have meant a double digit win over Kent. Oh well.

    12,102 in 2013. Don't really care to look further because I know they had more fans than Kent did Saturday. I'd wager we had a fair amount more of our own fans than 2013 as well. Now I feel like an OU fan talking about attendance

    Well personally I enjoy Happy Valley. Although I grew up a Pitt fan and despise everything PSU, I have a bunch of friends went there and the tailgating is fun. Football reasons though yes, they are back to being good, and it'd be best to replace them with Indianas and Illinois if we're doing B1G roadies
