    Pre NIL, athletes weren't even allowed to have a part-time job. Remember, not everyone is a FB player getting a 100% scholarship. Baseball players, wrestlers, track, VB etc can be on a maybe 10% scholarship and have to fund the rest on their own. At least these guys and girls have another option now

    So half. And almost half the gains are mid majors. Almost like it's pretty even. It's just musical chairs, every school will tell you it's worse for their situation. Luckily we have a culture here that people want to be a part of

    This is a good point. These wvu and UNC kids aren't going to shy away from a OSU or JMU or whatever big opportunity we have, that we haven't been able to get over the hump to this point

    appreciate what? you're now talking almost 10 years since a final 4, that just doesn't really fly at a Kentucky, Duke, UNC blue blood. 1 tourney win since 2019 - Arkansas might be happy with those results, but that'll never be good enough for a top tier blue blood who is paying the highest salary in CBB for those results.
