    If it wasn't profitable for the bowl, they wouldn't run it. Paying for travel of a few hundred people would probably make it unprofitable which would = no bowl game. No one forces a team to accept the bid and go lose money.

    I agree. "Tech" doesn't mean we are any less of an institution. There are plenty of other reasons to not like the name change.

    It's just blah. It's associated with a losing period in our athletic department. The Z is simple and unique and represents the Zips new brand going forward.

    3 team divisions is the second dumbest idea I've heard in a long time, with the winner being playing teams twice in CFB.

    Maybe because 7th or 8th in some leagues are better than the champs of other leagues. The NCAA is doing us mid-majors a favor by throwing a bone to each conference champ, let's not get greedy.

    Exactly. TB isn't describing a read option. Read option is reading the DE, not a receiver. Not sure what he's describing but I'm not a fan of locking on 1 WR then figuring it out.
