Plate, Heiss and Vidmar - No one cares.
Greenwood is a disappointing loss.
All four are disappointing. We simply don't have the depth to sustain losses like this. We don't even have an FCS number of scholarship players and we're losing them at a rate faster than recruiting can replace thanks to the 25-person limit on signing classes.
I don't know, maybe it's Ianello's goal to cut the roster down to NFL size. He's going to leave the team in even worse shape than Brookhart did.
If we have 66 already here on scholarship and signed 23 more, are we over the D1 limit?
Don't you know your scholarship math?? Just ask Auburn and they can explain how 30+29+28+32 = 85.
Actually, we had something like 55 scholarship players, and about 11 walk-ons. We just lost four more scholarship players. So now we're at 74 for the fall. But for the spring practices, we won't even have 60. And the 74 fr the fall assumes nobody else decides to abandon this sinking ship.
