Feel free to discuss the reasoning behind your answers. Members that answer all three correctly will be recognized Sunday morning. Last weeks lone winner was Johnnyzips84.

Monday Teleconference http://www.mac-sports.com/custompages/teleconferences/101915FB/Bowden101915.mp3 Notes from above: • Two offensive lineman hurt hindered what we wanted to do running the ball • Taking a week off • I studied Baylor's offense a lot

The extra practices would be invaluable for the progrum.

Dana O'Neil calls the Zips the favorite with our rivals as a sleeper. She calls Fowler the top prospect. She has Noah and Pat on the all mac team. A pretty short article.Three sentences about the Zips.

There is an entire thread dedicated for your specific concerns. I can't continually discuss the same thing in every game thread after every loss.

Tons of reps in the offense. Wasn't that why he was brought here?
-
BG looked like a team that had a lot of reps together. They were smooth, and everybody appeared to be on the same page. The Zips offense does not have nearly as many reps together with their plays and/or personnel. Our starting QB just started playing with the ones 29 days ago. MJ11 has almost seven thousand yards passing in his carer. The Zips execution needs cleaned up. Practice, practice, practice. There is no substitute or magic. Really interested in BG's 11/17 matchup against UT.

I will rewatch the game on ESPN3 sometime this week and give my thoughts then. I have a difficult time evaluating what an offense and defense are doing from field level. Actually, I have two weeks to watch. I can comment on one thing now. I have seen Zips teams in the past take a butt beating while "playfullness" was occurring on the sideline. That was NOT the case Saturday. As a group, everyone looked sick to their stomachs, or angry. I hope it motivates to intensify practice. Overall, I thought they seemed flat Saturday.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I regret not capturing the tailgating atmosphere. It was pretty impressive. I would guess half of the fans that were tailgating, did not go through the gates. Many more images at Go Zips dot com.

Congratulations to Johnnyzip84!!! He was the only one to answer all three questions correctly. On top of that, he has won two weeks in a row answering 6 straight. Very impressive. Even though the Zips have a bye week, look for MAC related questions on this weeks edition of Three for Thursday.

That would make sense since he has more attempts than anybody in the country. I hope the Zips front four can make an uncomfortable pocket for him tomorrow. BG's uptempo offense gets the ball out of his hands quickly more often than not though. Hope they wear themselves out, and our rotation prevails. 50 and cloudy with no rain tomorrow. Does it only rain at Infocision on Saturdays?

He calls an eleven point underdog a "slight" upset? I would quantify that as a "big" upset. Nick makes a good point here... Why isn't BG QB Matt Johnson receiving any sort of Heisman press? I know the MAC doesn't have much of a national following and many in the MAC News Media are pathetic at best with their local coverage...but this guy is putting up video game numberss right now and someone should be taking notice. ....and wondered the same myself. BG should be doing more for him. The Zips sure did Charlie a solid on this front. Doesn't really matter if you win or not, but it gets you noticed on a national level that helps get your foot into the NFL process.

Z360 previews some basketball https://youtu.be/4bmQGYadvKQ?t=290 KD: We have been trying to simplify the offense (I have been suggestion this for years, happy to finally hear it) KD: We have been fooling around with getting two big guys in the game Jake Kretzer: I have been working on getting to the rim more

Z360 interviews TW13 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4bmQGYadvKQ&feature=youtu.be&t=60 AJ: Tommy likes throwing more than running. (Nice to see AJ interviewed, I would like to see/hear more) Conor: Tommy does a better job of managing the game this year.

The two MAC players I suggested above did a piece that will air on Fox Sunday morning pregame. Interesting relationship.

I don't think getting upset by an 11 point underdog at home on homecoming warrants a firing, but you may be right.

Coach Babers Press Conference • Akron could be the best defense in the east. Their front seven are excellent. Free safety that is active. Their defense is "Big Ten" physical. • BG guys have started locking into their roles. • What makes the offense so complex? I don't want to say too much. Three teams in the conference are imitating our offense. Hmmmm.... • We can get better. We had six incompletions. • TW13 is a passer/slasher like they have at Ohio State. • Akron has the complete package. Defensive back Alfonso Mack has his own press conference and notices how strong TW13's arm is. Tight end Derek Lee has his own press conference and indicates BG has so many weapons, it's hard to cover them all.
