Speaking of the roster, I've updated the chart (except for assumed walk-ons) based on everything we know and it seems like we have 4 open scholly's. The program now announcing walk ons that get put on scholarship (see Muldowney and Boogie - though I/we already guessed that was going to happen) makes this a little easier and more accurate. I hope there are some transfers with immediate eligibility in the pipeline to supplement holes on this year's team. Note - Wooldridge is on here for now as he is still listed on the roster. 94zipgrad may know something we don't, though. I finally got around to updating the colors on it as well ? I wonder what the financial implications of the buyout are for Bowden apparently not taking a position at the U. We could sure use the savings. Sounds like something any journalist partially worth their paycheck would report on.

I've been paying attention to IL a little closer than usual this offseason. Seems like they've brought in a lot of transfers. Most of which 1) actually ended up somewhere else at the end of the day or 2) players who have to sit who they thought might be able to be immediately eligible. Their projected starting QB is also transferring out. Seeing Fink, the new projected starting QB, not being committed is great news. We can beat these guys.

That is my uneducated guess, yes. Mostly because I hope we wouldn't be losing out on players to Lamar. Happens all the time. Maybe not so much in basketball (at least to my knowledge) but it definitely does in football. Look no further than us landing Peter Hayes-Patrick with "offers" from FSU and OSU.

I would think players we offered committed elsewhere bodes well for us landing Dos Anjos, as we've only got one spot. I've been wrong before though. Wondering if we'll ever address backup PG....
