Great play by Bell there. Really liking what I've seen of him in his 2 games back.

Sad part is we had 3 redzone opportunities the 3 previous drives and came up with zero points. We just need to stop beating ourselves.

What does this even mean?? I'll go as far to say they are slightly more talented than us at most, it might even be equal. I'd easily wager them winning 8 games this year.

Seemingly 100% of Ball's yards are earned on his own. I think I've given the OL more credit than they deserve in the past.

Anyone else notice we never make an attempt to block a punt, FG, or XP? Like the players don't even try. Really its probably a good thing. I could only imagine the roughing penalties to come from it..

Don't know why the staff chooses to go away from Ball at RB for extended periods of time. He hasn't done much, but he is clearly RB1. They did this vs ISU as well.

Troy disrespects us so much that they put in their back up on that drive rather than their starter who has been shredding us......and still got the first down on 3rd and long. No pass rush.

Meh I think those guys are talented based on what I've seen with my own eyes throughout their careers. I can't remember ever playing bump and run on a consistent basis and we've had talented players before. I think scheme is the issue, at least today thus far on D.

Right. Bump and run apparently doesn't exist in Amato's defense. He's content with the corners playing 7 yards off and running zone with 2 guys out there when they have 3. What Troy is doing isn't rocket science. From a personnel perspective, Butler stuck out a lot in that quarter and not in a good way.
