Not even going to think about it. Every time I get my hopes up, I get disappointed. Whatever happens, happens. And I hope it will be good enough to make The Dance.
Tree has really impressed me this year. I knew coming in that he was a great rebounder, but he has shown me much more. Hopefully he continues to improve. I think he has real potential.
As a student, I just want to throw out that having head Rowdies up top, as well as down low is a great idea. No leadership (unfortunately that is whats needed) is the reason I feel the top is usually uninvolved. I have, however, saw the top very much involved during Can't and OU games.
edit: I dont really put any blame on the Rowdies. I joined my first year in Akron, but havent since for no reason really. I still attend as many games as I can. The blame goes to the University on making this more difficult than it should be for not having a completely unified student section!
Treadwell playing the game of his life. Zeke doing what is expected. Gilliam playing efficient.
Everybody else- straight crap. Notably Abreu and Harney. Worst game I have saw each of them play as a Zip.
theory- rebounding really lacks, especially when Tree is not in the game, because of Zeke always going for the block, which take him out of position. Its a trade off.
for sure. Im not advocating reevaluating any sports by the way. Just was baffled that somebody would say having basketball as a sport needs to be reevaluated.
The Aeros, a real downtown, a minor league nba team in very short driving distance, Cleveland, along with the Browns, Cavs, Indians, Monsters, and Gladiators, as well as a lot of commuters.
anything else?
