You play to win the game. Winning this game would probably be as big, if not bigger than winning the MAC in the eyes of many people. I like Williams. It is nice to have a "real" QB working our offense, but if he goes down, I have plenty of confidence in Pohl. I hear Pohl actually has the better arm. Williams is just more comfortable in the offense and has leadership.

I watched the Tennessee-UF game last week. Their secondary is weak. I think the Offense will be able to move the ball on them. It is going to be very tough stopping their passing game. I feel Commack will be able to contain Hunter, but #20 on their other WR seems to be a huge mismatch. Could be a shootout.

Do any traditionally bad schools have great stadium atmosphere? You guys need to understand that crowd involvement/attendance will improve the better the team gets.

6 points in 3 quarters. Id say they did alright. My take on the game (only stayed for 3 quarters). Overall great team effort, but there were still some things that need worked on. Im feeling pretty confident with this team come conference play. DW is light years better than Ole Miss or "#1 ranked Ohio high school QB". Glad we got him.

OU is notorious for losing games they shouldnt. Id like our chances better if it was in Akron. Maybe the football Gods will be in our favor that day!

They should go unbeaten with that joke of a schedule. Got lucky and got Penn State at their worst time in the past 50 years. Even if they go undefeated, I don't see them getting a BCS bid.

I was very pleased with the team's performance last night. We looked like a TEAM. Cant help but think "What if" if we never missed the xp or LT caught that TD pass that was right in his hands, but oh well. We were competitive. On D, Im really concerned about our LBs. Magnum seems to be the only one that makes plays. I'd really like to have Davis get more work in the slot, maybe over D'Orazio. Get this guy the ball in space. He is a home run threat every time the ball is in his hands. Any word on Lawrence's injury? I like him as well as Hundley. I dont know how I feel about Chisholm in the new system yet. We have A LOT of young talent out there. The future is bright.

Watching UCF go toe-to-toe with OSU, Im not feeling as bad about the loss to UCF last week. I think Akron makes it a respectable loss.

not trying to be the pessimist, but I would not say anybody on the front 7 played good. UCF ran all over us.

It is to be expected, IMO. There are many casual fans that are student and not many "real" fans who actually understand what they are seeing instead of just basing the team's play off of the scoreboard. Winning is what will put butts in the seats. Even my professor took a shot at the football team today. Said he figures the University would give high school teams first priority over the stadium rather than our team. You know what as well, I am tired of people making a huge deal because many of the students grew up OSU fans. I've been an OSU fan my whole life, but I would NEVER do what I saw yesterday. I saw probably a dozen or so people total (30s,40s,50s) wearing OSU apparel to our game! I cant say I've saw that more than a few times ever from a student attending a game.

12k seems low. The stadium was atleast half full and the grass was packed. My biggest concern is students will lose interest after last nights game. Matter of fact, I know that attendance number is low because 1 line in gate 4 wasn't even scanning IDs.

Question: can beer be purchased with zipcard?

Ill say Budlight outsells everything. Not altogether though. Not a bad selection, IMO.
