  1. Was googleing some things and this came up...David Harvey was something special though, it's too bad that never worked out.
  2. Wow, hard to believe that LeSean McCoy was almost a Zip. Imagine how different this program would be if Harvey and McCoy would have had a couple of years together.
  3. btw, here's a sweet video promo for opening day (some awesome giveaways this weekend for students as well! I LOVE the shirt.) A better look at the tshirt
  4. All joking aside: A retention basin would imply that it handles water some of the time. Considering it's ALWAYS under water and soggy, I'd say it's more of a swamp by definition.
  5. Exactly. The Zips might be even better built for it in some ways, having a 7 foot center and all.
  6. They used to have the plans for the building up on the College of Education's home page but I don't see them there anymore. Hmm
  7. Bull Durham reference? Yesssss
  8. Where'd you see this?
  9. Exactly. OU is probably the 3rd (or 4th) best team in the MAC this year.
  10. I'd take Stainbrook. He'd be a great compliment to Zeke and a good change of pace off the bench...of course he would never come here if he was a backup. (This would mean Tree at the four instead of being Zeke's backup, which is what he'll probably be next year anyway.)
  11. That's the key point for them. They have a guy that takes charge and carries the team on his shoulder when need be. He also is a ball hog that launches horrendous shots sometimes, but at least he has the balls to do it. I also think there a few other things (luck), but the Zips aren't too far off from being there. I have faith.
  12. It's more out of necessity. They only intended to have 3 or 4 there originally, but have slowly added more as the home season draws near. btw, today was a tough loss, but we've had 5 straight games of quality starts by our starters so things are looking good.
  13. Derschang Transferring to Akron
  14. Can't let the cash cows lose!
  15. Disappointing but the future does look bright.
  16. Two guys that he had 6 inches of height and a foot of total reach on. The play should have been ran around him...period.
  17. True, but a year older and a year more mature can do wonders. I too have questioned his drive at times on here, but I think the last few games have shown that he wants to be the team leader and he wants the damn ball...SO GIVE HIM THE DAMN BALL !!!
  18. Apparently 8-10 touches a night is considered "plenty".
  19. Yes....especially when he's shown he could do it tonight. He played with the most fire i've ever seen in him tonight. Zeke had the extra step and the extra muscle tonight, he's our team leader and the one who should get the ball there.
  20. Unless they found a way to create a machine that could make that short white kid 7 foot tall, there wasn't anything they could do to stop us if we did what we should have done.
  21. That was 100% designed to give to Zeke then hand off for the three. We've ran that play several times this season. We tried for the win...which i normally wouldn't be against, but this situation warranted going strong to Zeke for the tie or maybe a three-point game winning play.
  22. Fantastic game by Zeke. That is what most of us expect from the big guy. If he can play around 75% of that on average, we will be unstoppable in the future.
  23. You call an offbalance scramble three an open look? Zeke not getting the ball inside for him there was criminal.
  24. #1329392 on Dambrot's list of massive fails on drawing inbounds plays up. What a joke.
  25. Wow that was smart...guess we give up. Heady play by Abreu though, I like his aggressiveness attacking in that situation...just too bad he didn't realize that the officials aren't calling a thing both ways.
