I am somewhat "win and they will come" bandwagon but believe that means begin a tradition of winning, not just 1 season. It doesn't happen overnight and winning isn't the only component. The promos being run are a step in the right direction. I thought CMU attendance was a step forward. The warmer weather in November will help, as well. Let's hope for no precipitation.

I attended a WVU game the Saturday after Thanksgiving once and it was not hugely attended. I think only the top 20 fanbase programs can draw high numbers with students gone.

I think part of the not being able to hold onto a lead is part of the improvement process. The progression generally goes from losing leads and lose the game to loosing leads but winning the game to keeping the lead.

I felt very strongly that the game was poorly scheduled, too. I know it is considered, "rivalry weekend for Div. 1" but it doesn't work for us. I don't think we can pull this off when students are on Thanksgiving break.

The Zips and Bulls are similar in that you wonder which version if their team will show up to play.

We always have more commits than the media reports and the football team can't discuss them. Do we have to really review the true underclassmen talent in this team one more time? Seriously?

I guess Lane's progress at learning route running just cost us an interception and ultimately points.
