This is a pretty big deal that has garnered very little attention. I feel like we definitely got snubbed. Didn't Scott lead the MAC in interceptions? Also agree about Coe, Pittman, and Marcus. Pittman was greatly improved the year over last year, too. I am really happy to see Brown get this recognition. It was well deserved, indeed.

I hear you, but the next coach might not be too committed to him or might not be the type of guy be wants to play for 4 years. If he changes his mind after he gets there he has to sit out and they might not allow him to go to a school close to home.

This is why there are few bowls north of the Mason-Dixon line. The Pinstripe and Potato Bowls are anomalies to a large extent. Everyone poo-poos the Potato Bowl but Boise is a beautiful city that falls within the shadows of the Rocky Mountains.
