  1. We had our share of issues last year. Stein came through when it counted and I was glad to see him end his career on such a positive note. I also, share your concerns. Who knows, though, they have a lot of kids on the roster and they could be great.
  2. Jatavis Brown eager for return to field One tweet reported him in pads doing LB drills today.
  3. Our ninth verbal commitment: Malik Wooldridge
  4. In our favor: It's a young, inexperienced OL, very similar to our line They have had a QB competition going on Pre-season All-American Center is gone Paul Chryst is their coach Their WR have been lackluster UA has multiple big play threats TB & Chuck Amato Experienced secondary In their favor: A decent defense with a strong linebacker corps New defensive coordinator Starting RB is good, but was out a lot last year with a hernia Our young LB's Our you DL Our inexperienced OL I think special teams will be a question mark for both teams. We lost our kicker and punter and they lost their punter and their kicker struggled with consistency. They do start different PKs for field goal and kick offs, so they should have the specialty edge, there.
  5. Yes, he has.
  6. Zips LT 6'7" 315 vs 6'6" 305 Zips LG 6'5" 300 vs 6'3" 334 (SO) Zips C 6'1" 290 vs 6'6" 325 (SO) Zips RG: 6'3" 300 vs 6'6" 321 Zips RT: 6'5" 345 vs 6'6" 313 We are way outsized at center. RG, but we outsize them at the tackles and LG. I would say that is comparable. I am slightly less impressed with weight than I am height. Weight can be fat, too. I have seen more than a fair share of fat OL.
  7. Center is smaller, but that's it. Like I said, bigger and trending in the right direction.
  8. Tackles: 6' 7" 315 vs. 6'3" 296 6'5" 345 vs 6'3" 305 Big enough and trending in the right direction.
  9. Wisconson has a comparable OL, with the exception at center, where, their center is a very big guy. They are also very young. LT: Ramczyk 6'6" 305 (JR) LG: Kapoi 6'3" 334 (SO) C: Dieter 6'6" 325 (SO) RG: Benzschawel 6'6" 321 (SO) (has sat out due to shoulder during practice) RT: 6'6" 313 (SO)
  10. Those are some big boys. Overall, much bigger than last year. Last year we were: LT: Williams 6' 3" 296 LG: Brumbaugh 6' 5" 288 C: Bohan 6'3" 290 RG: Brown 6' 4" 336 RT: Osbourne 6' 3" 305
  11. I hope LSU doesn't stomp them. They will be hungrier to take out their anger. Let it be close game.
  12. Projected Wisconsin Depth Chart
  13. I am hoping the video guys cut down the intro. Once you've seen it once, it gets old. It would have been nice to ask a random question, too.
  14. It's worth calling and asking.
  15. But not practicing yet.
  16. I don't disagree and expect that we will, You just can't run the risk of overlooking them, either.
  17. Here are the stat comparisons for VMI. Obviously, we were playing different levels of competition, but not a game we should mistakenly take too lightly. A reminder of how many penalty yards we racked up, too.

  19. Looks like a new video series. The first one is the Defensive Ends:
  20. And they don't usually give a lot of notice or do much in the way of advertising.
  21. Report: Former Kentucky TEDarryl Long transfers to Akron
  22. I am really pleased to see this for Rodney. I will have to catch the replay.
  23. EA missed some big details about the Zips. I expect that of national media, but not the local guys. Also, the 2016 schedule is far from a cupcake schedule, especially the second half of the season. He seems completely unaware of Warren Ball or JoJo Natson. MAC Football 2016: Bowling Green looks for third straight East title
  24. Well, I am glad TB and his staff mane those calls and not you guys.
