If you're a MAC/Sunbelt/C-USA/WAC(R.I.P.) school and you're on the list, chances are you earned it. If you're from a "big" conference and you still made the list, you MAY have earned it but you also might just be merely the target of a funny. Like I said before, I don't think we'll be seeing the Zips on this list again for a very long time
Captain Kangaroo
honestly dont know how I feel about the credibility of this list. It should be filled with only midmajors, with the exception of pitt. Arkansas, Penn State, Colorado, Kansas, Pitt...these teams are all complete garbage. The deserve to be "Bottom 10." Maybe not for talent, but for the disparity in their football $$ spent vs. the results.

MDZip
We knew we'd be off this week because of the win but there is only one MAC school listed. Been quite a while since that has been the case, and we could still pop back on next week but hopefully very soon, this list will be far in the past for us. MDZip
Kind of a cool Bottom 10 this week. First, even after the Tennessee loss we are only on the waiting list. Second even though there are two MAC schools on the list, the MAC got a little love for the four BCS upsets: "Top Chef": Sharpen your knives and enter the Bottom 10 kitchen. Today's special: a Big MAC sandwich with all the fixings. Mix in a little Hawkeyes, Jayhawks, Bulls and Huskies and bon appetit. Knock off Miami and sprinkle a few more wins in and I think we're off this list for quite a while.

Dr Z
Haven't looked at one of these in a long time. Reading back through this thread brings up some dark days. 8. UMess (1-7)This weekend the Minutemen host Akron. No offense to the Zips, but they are merely garnish for the UMass schedule that follows, with a trip to Oopsilanti on Nov. 14 and a visit from My Hammy of Ohio one week later. It's going to be like the three-man staredown at the end of "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" if we replaced The Good with something not as good. lance99
I should have not opened my mouth in the Penn State thread about this. They are on the waiting list: Edited September 7, 2017 by lance99

Let'sGoZips94
Anybody notice the entire Sun Belt Conference is waiting in the tunnel as well? The only team with a winning record in that conference is Troy. That was a bad loss last week...
Dr Z
7. State of Kent (1-5) Boiling Green won, thanks to a bad snap-turned-TD return against My Hammy of Ohio. The Buffalo Bulls Not Bills lost in seven (!) overtimes to Western Michigan. But Kent kept on keeping on, getting rolled 24-3 by Northern Illinois. But the best #Bottom10Lobbying effort came from a fan of 2-3 Eastern Michigan, stuck in a meh Ypsilanti purgatory somewhere between winning the Bottom 10 title two years ago and going to a bowl game last December.
