I keep going under thinking at some point the Zips will hit a dry spell and only hit 10 or so 3s instead of their recent usual 12-15. They keep proving me wrong and I'm OK with that.

I hate the number of times recently that Ken+ teams that were struggling still found a way to beat us at their place. 

 

I sure hope this time is different.  Once again, we're going there as the much better team.  It doesn't help that we're going there banged up with only 2 off days between games.

That's only happened once recently, 2014. Last year we were pretty big underdogs because of injuries. 2009 is the only other time that we've recently played really badly when we were the favorite over there.

They've beaten us when THEY were playing poorly.  I didn't say anything about how Akron was playing.  Read what you quoted from me.

In 2015 they beat us at their place after they had just lost to an awful Miami team and lost to Buffalo at home.

That makes no difference. Other than 2014 they've been pretty well every time that we play there.

I think recent losses prior to a matchup are a clear indicator of how a team is playing.  You feel differently.  So be it.  Enjoy the game.

purchased my tickets for the game tomorrow night.  They then sent me an email that they were having a "Gold Out."  Dribble/drive, dribble/drive, will probably be what we see all night.  Who gets into foul trouble first and the most will make the difference.

Anyone have any information on the status of Forsythe and Kretzer for the Cant game?. Opening line has the Zips a 3 pt favorite

Forsythe has a shoulder injury that is day-to-day, and may be able to get a shot in it to allow him to play. 

 

I have not even been told that there are any issues with Kretzer that would prevent him from going tomorrow.

The game being at K.e.n.t, I'm going to say we get behind by 10, but pull to within 1 or 2 at the half.  The second half is tight with the good guys pulling away over the last 8 minutes for a 10-point win.
