Not good at math, but I think we are in control of our own destiny once again.

If we win out, we would be tied with Toledo but have two wins over them, therefore MAC CHAMPS AGAIN.

That would certainly be true under normal circumstances, but I'm not certain all teams will get all their games in. Buffalo for example still has to make up 3 games already, including one against us. It's very feasible that we could end up tied with Toledo in number of losses, but have 1 fewer win. It would be total BS if we beat them twice and have the same number of loses that we wouldn't be champions, but the possibility exists.

Shalersville State announcers make Reghi sound like Gus Johnson.

I cringed when they referred to BG all time great Anthony Stacey and called him Andrew Stacey.

The two of them in fact  make even Bill Needle sound good. By far, the poorest tandem I've ever heard. Somehow though, they're a perfect fit for Kent.

FWIW.  Canada v. Kittens tonight on ESPNU.

'Twas an enjoyable MAC basketball game on a cold January night. Glad the Cats pulled off the W. I have some good friends that went to Ohio (and were good sports when Zeke got the best of DJ in 2012-13). But no decent person ever went to Buffalo. Haha! ?

OU appears to be getting on track

They do have 3 wins in a row, but they are against Western, Ball State and Buffalo - all of which are currently in the bottom half of the standings. Against the 5 teams ahead of them in the standings, they are 1-4.  The question is, are they playing well or is it the schedule helping them out?

Odd obsession with OU in this board.

5 of the 6 MAC games scheduled for this evening have been postponed.  The only game being played is Kent at BG.

Looking at all the conference standings (from the Big East to the Mountain West), the Zips and Toledo are probably in the top 5-10% in # of conference games played.

I noticed a trend during CFB. The better teams have a little more of a vested interest in really complying with protocols
