If we win out, we would be tied with Toledo but have two wins over them, therefore MAC CHAMPS AGAIN. That would certainly be true under normal circumstances, but I'm not certain all teams will get all their games in. Buffalo for example still has to make up 3 games already, including one against us. It's very feasible that we could end up tied with Toledo in number of losses, but have 1 fewer win. It would be total BS if we beat them twice and have the same number of loses that we wouldn't be champions, but the possibility exists. Quote
clarkwgriswold Posted January 28, 2021 Report Posted January 28, 2021 Could see it determined by win percentage. Quote

I cringed when they referred to BG all time great Anthony Stacey and called him Andrew Stacey. The two of them in fact make even Bill Needle sound good. By far, the poorest tandem I've ever heard. Somehow though, they're a perfect fit for Kent. Quote

'Twas an enjoyable MAC basketball game on a cold January night. Glad the Cats pulled off the W. I have some good friends that went to Ohio (and were good sports when Zeke got the best of DJ in 2012-13). But no decent person ever went to Buffalo. Haha! ? Quote
The Hip Zip Posted January 30, 2021 Report Posted January 30, 2021 Toledo at B.G. should be a good one. I'll be a big Falcon fan for a couple of hours Quote
zippy5 Posted January 30, 2021 Report Posted January 30, 2021 OU appears to be getting on track Quote

Against the 5 teams ahead of them in the standings, they are 1-4. The question is, are they playing well or is it the schedule helping them out? Edited January 30, 2021 by zipsrule 1 Quote

clarkwgriswold Posted January 30, 2021 Report Posted January 30, 2021 Toledo killed BG by 18. Toledo got off to a 9-0 start, BG came back to get it close in the middle of the first half then Toledo went on a run and pulled away for the rest of the game. Quote
LZIp Posted January 31, 2021 Report Posted January 31, 2021 Sure would be nice if literally anyone else in the MAC would beat Toledo. 2 Quote
clarkwgriswold Posted February 2, 2021 Report Posted February 2, 2021 Watching PCCC/Oxford. PCC went from 22-15 to 32-22 down including a really stupid technical on Pippen. Quote

Z.I.P. Posted February 10, 2021 Report Posted February 10, 2021 Did anyone else see in the BeeGees v Brimfield St. match, they brought the "Big Cat" in the game for about 60 seconds? I hate to say it, but that was 60 seconds too long! ? He has NO athleticism whatsoever! Sad! Quote

Verballed originally to WVa. Huggins pulled the offer I think, and Keith grabbed him. Red-shirted at Duquesne before ending up in BG. Quote
