WeRise225 Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago Interesting they closed the student club before tip and pulled the curtain down Quote
ewbrooman1 Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago Has Lyles really grown 2 inches from last year? I saw him listed at 6-9. Quote
clarkwgriswold Posted 6 hours ago Author Report Posted 6 hours ago Game went from 5-0 JMU to 9-5 Zips. Quote
Let'sGoZips94 Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago Head not dressed by the way. Heck of an effort here. 11-0 run. Quote
MDZip Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago Defense has been outstanding so far. And now we have a Oggi sighting who makes an excellent pass inside even though it didn't lead to a basket. Quote
UAZipster0305 Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago Can we get this defense all season, please?! 1 Quote
Let'sGoZips94 Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago The average height for the team is up a few inches without increasing the tallest player's height - and we look substantially bigger and longer. We are going to be a problem. Quote
clarkwgriswold Posted 6 hours ago Author Report Posted 6 hours ago 15-7 Zips, 12 minutes left in half. Zips went zone in an inbounds, then transitioned into man once the ball was in. Nice new wrinkle. Quote

clarkwgriswold Posted 6 hours ago Author Report Posted 6 hours ago Marv still hustling. No Barre yet. Cody Head still not suited up. Quote
MDZip Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago For as well as they've been playing defensively, have not looked sharp offensively at all. Game is too close for having played that well on defense. Quote
clarkwgriswold Posted 6 hours ago Author Report Posted 6 hours ago 19-18. 7:20. Both teams struggling on offense. Quote

clarkwgriswold Posted 6 hours ago Author Report Posted 6 hours ago I think I just saw Joe Akron. 1 Quote
MDZip Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago They just mentioned on the broadcast that the 11 players on JMU's team have been in 23 different programs before showing up at JMU. Different era. Smh Quote
clarkwgriswold Posted 6 hours ago Author Report Posted 6 hours ago Zips again giving up too many good looks at 3s. Quote
UAZippers Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago Its obvious that Akron was mostly worried about JMU's big men. The guards are over-helping on D and getting caught down low way too much. Quote
Phootss Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago Taking too many questionable shots and the defense looks tired. Quote

The post-NIL skillset that is most important for a coach arguably entails being able to bring a completely new roster into a cohesive team in a matter of months. I already miss the days of four-year players. Quote
