I wish the JAR was nicer, but replacing bleachers with chair backs is going to cost the U money twice. Once for the cost to replace and the 2nd for the instances we would have crowds that would exceed the reduced capacity, though admittedly that would only come into play a few times a year at most. The Info has all bleachers and no railings and yet nobody complains about that for football.

Sometimes when you hire an under qualified guy, you get an Eddie George, and other times, you get a Tom Arth.

BG reportedly set to move forward with Eddie George. Seems like a good hire. Cut his teeth and had some success at FCS level, and obviously has the name recognition, though not sure how much it resonates with this generation.

Kostelac and other guy was what, Groce’s 2nd year? Am I forgetting something?

He’s been there done that (and I think has made similar comments), has all the money he or his kids should ever need, and has a good thing going where he is. I think it would be a tough decision to leave and hope he doesn’t.

He got paid a lot to go to Washington though.

Yep. TT is mid, and Oklahoma and FSU are coming off their worst seasons in quite some time.

Ohio may have the toughest OOC this year. Rutgers, WVU (at home), and OSU.

And we’re brining in a talented freshman class and have talented freshman redshirting this year as it is. And seems to have good booster support. Groce is close to building a dynasty IMO
