  1. I also like Robotham's steady game. He's not flashy most of the time but he's pretty darn dependable. His last few games may have not been fantastic but I prefer to look at the "whole body of work". Still averaging around 8 points per game, shooting around 36% from 3, leading the team in assist to turnover ratio (and just barely behind Big Dog in assists per game) and second on the team at about 80% from the free throw line. I'd say that's a darn solid contribution from what you'd want from your point guard.

  3. Big game! Will the Zips continue their thermal nuclear meltdown? Are the Bulls over their shock from losing at home to PCCC? Will Dambrot and team shake-up the line up? Will wives, children, and pets be taking cover from flying remote controls and iPhones around 10pm tomorrow night? These questions and many others will be answered in the next episode of Zips basketball. What are your thoughts? Personally, I think the Zips aren't ready to shake off what ails them. But the only way is up! right?

  4. That's correct. We'd also need Ohio to lose. I haven't looked into it, but I hear Ohio would own the tie-breaker if we finish with the same record as they have a better division record.

  6. Zip_me87 did a great job of posting tweets by Ives here is the actual article by Ives http://www.goal.com/en-us/news/66/united-states/2017/02/21/32933962/dynamic-wingers-help-us-under-20s-trounce-haiti?ICID=HP_FT_3 Lewis' shifty moves and quickness wreaked havoc on the left flank, There were several players who stepped up their play in the second half, but Lewis and Lennon were pivotal to the turnaround. Lewis kept steady pressure on the Haitian defense, with quick dribbles and dangerous passes. Lewis continued his impressive rise in 2017. A late Generation Adidas signing ahead of the MLS draft, Lewis wowed at the combine, leading New York City FC to trade $250,000 in allocation money (a record price for a draft pick) to trade up and select him with the third overall pick. Lewis carried that momentum into U.S. U-20 camp, where he played his way onto the qualifying roster. On Tuesday, Lewis looked every bit like a player who will be tough for Ramos to put back on the bench after starting him in place of Real Salt Lake's Sebastian Saucedo.
