You don't see people putting him on the "crap list" when some were calling for an inexperienced freshman Guard who plays a few minutes a game to replace him? And another post that indicated that he should not be in the 8-man rotation? The timing may be especially what made the comments seem strange. He was coming off of an 11 pt. 5 assist game, and has had a stellar asst./TO ration. I understand Akron expectations. But I'd take that every single night from the guy who Quarterbacks a team loaded with guys who can score.

I think they called a foul on us during the postgame handshake, and then another one as we were heading to the locker room.

I didn't see anyone with him on a "crap list," but I saw multiple people saying he needed to amp up his game. They were right. Noah had a good game tonight. Now he needs to back it up. If he plays tough at Kent, we win. If he's invisible for 33 minutes, we lose. That's the cross you bear when you're an Akron Zips point guard. If you want low expectations, play for Northern Illinois. Their fans are happy just to make it to The Q. Akron fans expect more.

Do we root for Kent? Nah. Let's just win it at home Tuesday

I, like many, was critical of Noah. That being said, the bulk of us weren't ready to give up on him. His 5 game stretch of a total of 21 points in five games heading into the BG game had people rightfully concerned as he wasn't putting pressure on the defense. I hope he's "back on the beam" now. The Zips are one hell of a better team when he is.

Didnt realize how great of a game he had until I checked the box score. 16 points, 5 assists, no turnovers. Can't ask for a whole lot more. Great game Zips!

If Kent beats Ohio U tomorrow I think that clinches the MAC title outright. Kent has been playing well so it may happen.

This was a great team win. Everyone played well. I hope that we will see more of Josh and Noah taking it to the hoop. It opens up the floor and punishes the defender for getting in their grill outside the 3 line. It helps that the refs were calling it close because they got to the foul line on their drives. We definitely need to work on boxing out. The announcer said it best, stick your butt in the other guys midsection to keep him off the boards.

With a couple minutes left, I lost signal on my satellite because it's storming like a mofo down here. Because of my good friend Zipgrad01 giving me a play by play on text I know that the United States is once again victorious over Canada!!!

WOW....that was a great sequence with Big Dog getting his rest on the bench.

I did not get this bobblehead when it came out because I am not a season ticket holder for MSoc. I was very hopeful that I could score one at the EMU bball game but that was unsuccessful. Thanks to a fellow ZN.o contributor who saw my posts, there was a package on my porch when I got home from work last night and inside the box was a Yedlin bobblehead. Thanks a million to 72Roo.
