  1. IPacers.com blog did a post for everyone's summer league debut and gave them a grade. Here is their grade & write up on Enrique. Link to full blog https://ipacers.com/2024/07/13/pacers-summer-league-grades-jarace-walker-shines-but-indiana-loses-sloppy-opener/ Enrique Freeman = A- Speaking of hard play, Enrique Freeman has a relentless motor. He played 17 minutes and I’m not sure he ever stopped running at full speed. He immediately made a huge play as soon as he entered the game with a phenomenal block even with the offensive player trying to his off arm to push off the Pacers rookie from making the play. Amazingly this wasn’t even his best block of the game as he erased a potential highlight dunk with a perfectly timed jump and clean swat of the ball that turned into a Pacers transition opportunity. Freeman doesn’t stop hustling and looks like a pure energy big. He wasn’t perfect on the perimeter on defense but moved his feet well and always made an effort to get back into the play when beat. He scored 7 points (3 of 4) with a strong tip dunk and a nice hook shot that may serve him well in the G-League even if he doesn’t get many opportunities to showcase his post game in the NBA. He added 5 rebounds, an assist, and a steal to go with those two emphatic blocks as well. I was really impressed with his relentless spirit and high energy during his time on the floor. In the first half, he had strongly outplayed Tshiebwe, who bounced back with a big second half performance.

  4. Other than the midfield logo being the wrong color, InfoCision looks good. Hopefully they can fix that in a patch if enough of us complain 🤣.

  5. Thought I’d bump this thread so everyone could see where the 2022 class currently stands. It usually takes a few years for freshmen to develop and contribute. It also takes a few years to look back and see how impactful the class actually was. So far, there have been 6 all-conference players (1 freshman, 5 portal) and 17 starters from the 35 player class. 6. I totally agree Young is probably not going to get the start At the start of the season. What I am excited to see is: is he as good as social media has hyped him up to be. starting line up Gray Wilson Nate Johnson Harris Okonkwo with Young battling Travi for back up PG

  7. Seems like we will travel to UTEP for a mid season MTE (multi team event). I assume that is when we are playing Yale due to it being in that date range. We will head to Wisconsin for a game in between NKU and that tourney it also looks like via D1D One of the better OOC schedule I’ve seen us cook up.

  12. It sounds like he won't be eligible to play in the summer league games, but will be able to practice with the team. Probably as an extra body for the scout team.

  13. I think that Wright State has several kids from Medina on their team.....Cole Turchyn and Cole Werthmuller. I hope that Jackson Herbert does well at Wright State......with the exception of the game that they play at Akron.

  14. We've played in the UTEP tournament 5 or so years back and that didn't count as our mid-season tournament exemption.
