14 point lead with 6 minutes left. 20 point lead earlier. NIU, with lead, took some quick misses. 9 with 3.30 left. Mirambeaux hits a Big Dog 3 to tie the game. NIU totally choked but the refs help Travis calling NIU for a very weak charge when Miami player flopped. NIU had the ball under own basket with 16 seconds. took an early 3 missed, got rebound, and missed again. Oy.

I think Jackson was told before the season (and was mentioned on here) that she was on borrowed time. So, in true anonymous message board fashion, I'm going to speculate and say that GoZips10 believes that the piling up bad losses will justify a decision made a long time ago.

Groce's interview after game...again spoke about "coachability." Carry is not coachable. From what I hear on the board and elsewhere is that Mr. Pinky doesn't say boo to Carry during the game. Would love to see Bobby Knight (even though I was never a fan) slide Insincere across the floor after one of his dances.

Lack of students. But, right, sparse, but mighty. Not sure why one can come to the Kent game and be so into it with Zips gear then not interested after that. Love the new announcer until...geez

watched that. off game like Kent had at NIU. Coleman was fancy dribbling at top of key and got picked. Coach Lewis benched him for a while. Pearson took an ill-advised jump shot...benched. Zips needed some help and got it.

a friend, who is pretty much a casual fan, who was at the EMU game at the JAR even said to me..."the other team just gave up." Maybe Heath has a big pay out in his contract? Can't imagine his coaching again after this stint.

was a lot of fun when the Rowdies were on the floor near the Buffalo bench and chanted crazy stuff at Reggie Witherspoon and of course "Bobby's Going to Cry" Speaking of crying, they needed the poster of the crying PCCC cheerleader a few weeks ago.

yes. as for Buffalo game, hoping that fun and easy win in Ypsilanti, owning Bates, and having an extra day before a night game with Buffalo will rejuvenate the Zips as they move into the final stretch.
