    I haven't seen the final standings anywhere. Did we miss out on making the championship match because of the penalty shootout loss to Ohio State?

    Minnesota has several players out tonight for rest and minor injuries, so I'd expect Enrique may see some time tonight also.

    He did end up playing 3 minutes tonight but didn't record any notable stats.

    Enrique was active with the Timberwolves last game but didn't play. He's active again tonight, against his former team, and Minnesota is currently up by about 30 so he may see some time in the 4th quarter.

    Things seemed to be heading the right direction last year and that seems to have continued!

    I don't know how it's going to happen yet, but I have a feeling the Akron Zips will win the MAC again next season.

    Anyone go to the match? I saw via three ZipsMSoc IG story that we were up 4-0 at one point. So it would seem the two conceded goals were late?

    Anything on the back/strap? I wasn't planning on getting one because I don't wear hats that much, but they look nice. Sometimes embroidery can look cheap on these types of things but these look nicely done.

    I think the way Coach D left was actually better than the way Groce left. At least he got a big pay raise and had a connection to the school. Groce's departure makes me feel like he just wanted to leave.

    Yeah, we can't ask for a better transition than we had last time.

    If so, the sliver lining is that we don't have a whole lot of returners coming back from last year anyways, so we don't have to worry about losing a ton of key players with a coaching change. Although, it would be nice to keep Sharron and Eric.

    I saw a lovely photo on the Zips Soccer IG story of Ger post match with all of the Zips on both teams of this match. Great showing by the boys!

    Well, I would think he's getting some additional business from all of the advertising he gets. But I'm also sure it's not as much as he's spending so it just depends how long his passion for Akron basketball keeps outweighing his financial losses.

    He could always stay and keep trying. Also, I don't think he's gonna have a better chance to win in the NCAAT at "College of Charleston".

    Seems like they may have got backed up around MAC tournament time, either by the number of orders or just by the busy nature of the time. When I ordered at the end of the season, it came about 7 days after ordering.
