I can't think of a responsible decision the board has made in YEARS. From choosing Presidents, hiring and firing coaches (with $$ left on contracts) to things as simple as changing the uniforms for the football team. I remember hearing on National TV that our white helmets with the Z were the best looking unis in college football. What do we do....change them to a high school looking script logo.

I know this is a soccer thread........This is not going to come out the right way but (here goes).... I think the MAC had an opportunity to grab some headlines/airtime though COVID by playing soccer and football. Seriously, is social distancing an issue at a MAC football or soccer game?

Do you mean the MAC or the NCAA? If the Big10 and ACC are playing men's soccer (I believe they are).....this seems like a huge disadvantage for us.

I have been warning you all about this for years and crucified for it. Stupid, fiscally irresponsible decisions have been made for years. Building dorms and stadiums we couldn't afford and wouldn't be supported by the community (Joe Akron) to firing and paying coaches half a million to not coach. I supported transitioning to more of an online curriculum for undergrad courses. That would be looking pretty good right now huh. It goes on and on. My alma mater is being destroyed. Indefensible

My list started with everyone on the 2010 team and then I tried to think who could fit in from there.

If we would have waited and not fired a coach we were financially obligated to (which we couldn't afford) ......the stars would have aligned nicely. Oh well.
