    I would guess that the coaching staff could care less who gets the credit for landing good players. If they think they can use LeBron to their advantage I guarantee they are going to use his connection to KD. They would be fools not to use the connection.

    Congrats to Zipsnation member GoZips for being named the fan of the year at the banquet tonight. His work on the Coaches for Cancer wristband sales was much appreciated by the coaching staff. If you ever really want to know whats going on with the basketball program, GoZips is the guy who would know.

    He is Todd Blackledges oldest son. I sat with Todd at the recent Summit/Stark all star game and he told me Harrison is leaning towards joining Dan Fanelly at Wooster.

    Not necessarily. It's not realistic to think that you could put together a roster that consists of only the top 5% of the players in any state. The Ohio roster consists of mostly players from southern Ohio. I would imagine that the Kentucky roster is loaded with players from near the Ohio border.

    I thought Zeke looked good. When he was in the game, the other team was thinking twice about going to the rim. He didn't shoot particularly well, but none of the players did. I don't think he did anything to hurt his chances of getting drafted.

    Within 2 years, all the players will spend their whole time on the court waiting for "Thunder Dan" to stomp his foot and slam his clipboard. I wonder if they put a clause in the contract to muzzle Mrs. H?

    From the story it seems like he is a really nice kid. Too bad his mother didn't push him harder on his academics.

    UA has way more housing capacity than they need. With the proposed developments and whats already built. UA is going to tear down three of the existing dorms. Sisler-McFawn, Orr And Ritchie are facing the wrecking ball.

    I am a firm believer in the concept of hate the sin, but love the sinner. With that said he still has to pay a price for this if he is guilty. Part of that is losing his chance to play basketball for the Zips. If it comes out that he was just an innocent bystander he should be back on the team. From what I'm hearing that's not the case.
