Dan was a late bloomer. His parents are big Zips fans and are season ticket holders. As much as I would love to see him at the JAR, he will be a great addition to the Wooster program.
Keep an eye on this guy, Joshua Williams, Barberton, 6-1, soph., 20.0. Rumor is we have already offered him a scholly. Second team all state as a sophmore.
Walnut Hills High School is an outstanding school academically. Looks like Johnson will fit right in to our program.

I think the Mac puts a limit on the # of players allowed on the bench at the MACC. Jonas was introduced with the rest of the team tonight at the watch party.
Walnut Hills holds off La Salle, 50-46, in regional finalEagles advance to state-semifinal meeting with Brecksville Broadview Heights/Toledo Rogers winner
Isiah Johnson advances to the D-1 Final Four.
My friend who is a Hoover fan said he is the best HS player he has seen since Kenny Frease. I'm still trying to find out what his recruiting status is.
Jeremiah Jackson was named Stark County player of the year. He is a 6'1" PG who scored 23/game. Grades? He looks like KD's kind of PG.
About his final game of the season.
I've said this before but it bears repeating. This program is very open to the fans. They bend over backwards to accommodate any request from anyone who is interested in the inner workings. There are no locks on the doors at the JAR during practices etc.. If you show up at any event and as KD a question, you will get an honest and thoughtful answer.
Zach, that neighborhood is certainly not the suburbs, but it is far, far from the "Ghetto". I grew up there, my paper route as a child included E Dartmore and my sister in law lives one street over. I repeat, it is not the ghetto.
