There are several factors which will determine seat location. The number of years as a season ticket holder, and the amount of $ you donate to the Z-fund are the 2 most important. Based on those factors, you are given a ranking from 1-6 with 1 being the lowest. I am a 6 with 38 yrs as a football season ticket holder and a contributor to the Z-Fund from day one. I just wonder how many more of the 3000 or so past season ticket holders are also at my level. I hope I'm not camping out over night at the entrance to the Info to get a good seat location.

Don't pay any attention to the idiots who make comments on the ABJ website. Go to any article and you will see the same morons arguing, with the same lame arguments. Some people seem tyo think that making outragous comments on an internet message board makes them important, when in reality they are nothing more than common trolls.

It was nice seeing you there Geno. The Portland experience was very cool. Jakes Crawfish and the light rail were the highlights for me, other than the game. Not too often you see a 6'4" guy in a leather kilt and a pirate shirt in NE Ohio. If I had known, you could have joined Dave and I at McCormick & Schmicks in Seattle friday night. I had a blast with the whole trip. See you at the Info.

The mangement at the hotel were jerks. They threw us out of the lobby because we were cheering too loud. What did they expect, its March Madness!

I had to work that day. My boss, who didn't watch sports at all, took the day off and called me with updates as the game went on. I vowed that if we ever made the Big Dance again, I was going no matter what. So here I am looking out my hotel room at downtown Portland and I can't wait till tomorrow.

So where are we gonna all meet? Dave and I are staying over by the Airport, but will likely go to the team hotel at some point. Maybe we can meet somewhere in the arena before tip-off.

When we called the ticket office tonite to order tickets, they said we were the first local fans to order. They had some orders from fans on the west coast, but not many from Akron.

I thought Toledo played their hearts out last night. Their senior leaders really stepped up for this game.

Dave and I will be there all day. 10th year running for me also. I'm thankfull that we have a reason to be there.

It appears to me that KD has morphed into some kind of Charlie Coles clone. Slow it down, keep it close and try to win the last 3 minutes. ITS NOT WORKING! I thought that with our deep bench we would try to run other teams out of the Gym in the second half of most games.

Sunday?"Maybe I'm missing something, but that makes it sound as if that's what KD has been trying to tell the players, they aren't listening, and he wants someone else to reinforce his message. It makes no sense at all that KD can't get players to shoot earlier in the shot clock, unless KD is so hard on them when they miss that no one wants to risk feeling his wrath.If that's the case, then the only solution is for KD to back off a notch on the player criticisms. No one else can do that for him.I think what French was really getting at was, why does it take the Zips 9.5 seconds on every possesion to get the ball in the front court. Just a little bit of hustle could get an extra 5 seconds of time to run a play.

ZW, I think you nailed it on this one. If we can somehow find our way on offense again, we could easily be the favorite. Defensively we can keep most teams in check, but we gotta find a way to put the ball in the hole!

Expect more zone defense against the Zips. Until our guards start making open shots we are going to struggle.
