I was just being sarcastic btw. These are just the comments i usually get everytime i dare to second guess KD's decisions. Here is another one: with a 17 points difference and 2:30 left in the game, why doesn't KD give Egner and Euton a couple of minutes to play?

I remember last year in the first round of the MAC tournament when the zips beat CMU at the end of the game, Ziegler was ejected after he threw multiple f-bombs at the refs. The bombs were totally heard on TV and i thought then that he was extremely vulgar and out of line and that the AD at CMU should take action. But what do i know?

So what happened to the pictures?

It seems to me like that's what he's currently doing anyways. I am not seeing any deffensive schemes or any offnesive playcalling... So what would the difference be?

Did anyone see the zips execute a play tonight? even after a time out, they just dribbled the ball around for a bit before hoisting a freaking 3. Does Dambrot have plays to call?

Mike has five years in KD's system and usually performs to an acceptable level. Mike has earned his minutes. Josh will get his in due course." This is exactly what's wrong with our system. When we were bottom feeders a few years ago, we had to recruit the Nick Meyers, Matt Futch, and Mike Bardo and we had to wait for them to learn for 3-4 years and pray that they give us a good year at the end of their career. Now that we claim that we are an elite mid major, we cannot afford that anymore. We cannot afford to bench Jimmy Conyers for 4 years and get one good year from him. We cannot burn Nitro's red-shirt half way through the season and then bench him for a year and a half to only get two decent years from him (although two is better than one). And rather than learning from our mistakes, we repeat the same thing over and over. We will keep Egner and Euton on the bench because Bardo has been in the system and blah blah blah. Am i the only one who feels that two of the trio (Egner, Euton, and Green) will not be with the team in the next year or two? If you're going to reply with the Cliche: "they didn't fit within KD's system"...than why did he recruit them? Or even better, shouldn't we reconsider this system that is so hard it takes most of our recruits 2-3 years to learn?

An Ak-oldies organization was established few years ago. Why don't we re-vive that instead of creating a new group?

I seriously cannot believe what i am reading! Who cares what the conference does or if they all suck or win or go to heck! We're 1-3 in the conference and playing at home and you don't think the game is a must win?!!!!! I remember the days (not too long ago) when loosing at home was not even an option. let alone being 1-3. This is seriously depressing

This is a relatively young team? Seriously? Our rotation is made of 4 seniors, 2 juniors, 2 soph and 1 freshman and you call that a young team? What will we have next year when we graduate 4 seniors and probably loose Nik? an experienced veteran team? Look at Can't's roster... that's a young team. Look at Ohio, that's a young team not us. We are a veteran and experienced team and this was supposed to be our year. We have the talent, we have the experience but we don't win... you figure out what's missing.

8 players leaving? i thought they were 7. All drafted last week. Who's the 8th?

It's all about your expectations level Racer. If you're happy with anything as long as it is better than what Crawford and Hipsher had, then go ahead and celebrate. For most of us, when you get destroyed at home by OU and follow that by a loss to a very young buffalo team, that is a good time to sound the alarms.

It happened just last night (Tuesday) night. They were in Ada for a 7:30 matchup and the bus must have left around 10:00pm. Not the best driving conditions.

Auburn in a "not even close" game. Auburn vs TCU would have been a much better NC game to watch.

I would love to see as many ex-zips drafted by the crew. I made it to Columbus multiple times in the past when the crew played Seattle or NY to cheer on Sinisa and Zakuani. I will feel bad to cheer for all MLS teams against the local one. Come on Crew front office.

How did Humpty transfer to another DI school and play immediately? Akron did not drop its BBall program, right? shouldn't he st out for a year?
