Big ZIP, Fat Albert's (George Thomas) article clearly states it came down to a choice. The lady you wrote to probably said that because it was the best excuse to cause little problems. If it wasn't a choice, WEWS would have came out and apologized with this excuse because that would be more understandable.They didn't use this excuse, instead they talked about how they didn't want to piss off all the frontrunners in this area that root for the Suckeyes.Contract agreement? I hope they catch the person. I know that in the CBA, they have camera's all over the building. They would be able to know who went in and out of every restroom. If they could narrow down the time, it would make it easier to narrow it down to suspects.

Did someone have a test today that they weren't prepared for? If so, it's sad that a student would do this to avoid a test.

If the best we get is what the Beacon did, we did a horrible job sticking up for our school.George Thomas calls us "Little Boys," and says will never be anything in his article. We should all donate money to purchase billboard time in Cleveland/Akron that Calls out Channel 5 on there unprofessional move.

I would rather say we beat a good Can't team than a horrible Can't team. The more Can't wins, the better it makes us feel for beating them. Sometimes people do root for their rival. It helps make the rival game interesting if there's something on the line.There were a lot of OSU fans that were rooting for Michigan to go undefeated until they played OSU last year so that OSU could ruin there perfect season.This thread was about Doug Martin's comments and it got a little crazy because someone wishes Can't well for a couple games. If it was against Michigan, would people get all worked up about it? I recall people rooting for Can't against Iowa State a couple weeks ago. There were some that rooted for them to beat Kentucky. BuckZip stated it perfectly, "What is wrong with MAC fans?" The Big Ten teams always root for other big ten teams when it comes to non-conference games or Bowl games. It's money and prestige for the conference. They keep track of there conference wins in Bowl games and use them as benchmarks against other conferences.MAC fans should do the same.

I'll stop the blame game. I saw a fraternity acting a little crazy, wasn't sure which. That's why I jumped to conclude it was them that caused the problem stated in this thread.Besides the mess that was left, I thought the tailgating went well. The group I was in had over 30 students made up of mostly accounting and fire training students. We had a great time.

you're right. We can't blame them all. But there are a couple fraternities at Akron that don't do a good job representing themselves as students. I'll leave it at that.

you need to dig deeper into the forum. He had a post on here why he hates him. It had something to do with getting an autograph . He hates Charlie. If you don't believe me, start a positive thread about Frye and you know who sticks there nose into it.

I could care less if it was Can't playing OSU. I will always root against them. Just like SGM will always root against Charlie Frye. At least I'm not rooting against someone from my school.

We had two big bags full so we left them by the cars. I didn't think there would be containers with room for them. I think Can't might have had something to do with the big mess.

Zen, I agree with you. They did hand out bags and we were using them. The mess we came back to was bigger than the mess we left so there could have been disgruntled Can't fans ripping bags open. I didn't see the bags out there when we came back.
