    Abdul-Salaam adds a much needed height advantage for offensive and defensive set pieces.

    The selection committee doesn't have to follow the RPI for seeding and we've earned a lot of respect with our scheduling. Although Western Michigan's RPI is currently 112, their winning percentage will improve our SOS. It would help if we play Western Michigan and West Virginia in the MAC tournament.

    great results!!! UConn and Marquette will be less of a threat now for a top 4 seed, and NIU's win will help everyone in the MAC's RPI.

    is there a watch party for this at Johnny J's? I heard there was a watch party but haven't seen anything mentioned. If there's not a watch party there, there's no way I'd go there otherwise.

    I know this is early and that we still have the OSU game, but I wanted to start the tailgate plans for this game early. Because Halloween is during the week leading up to the game, we should do a Halloween themed tailgate. We should also start planning a tifo. Btw, here's something I'll have at the tailgate

    UNC missed a penalty kick with 1:30 to go in the 2nd half. On to overtime. I would hate to see a draw because it wouldn't move us up the polls.

    The Beacon states that Akron signed him to a 3 year contract with a base salary of $175k per year. After bonuses, he'll probably make over $200k a year. Not bad for a college soccer coach.
