I think the young Zips will hold their own. Does anyone know how deep Pitt usually plays?

Wow, I disliked BCS schools before, but now I dislike them (at least Pitt) more now. And you know they are just jealous that we got a guy who they wanted, who could kick/will kick their butts, and who will help us majorly. But other than that, let them laugh, let them ignore us. I wanna see what they say after the game, then they can talk or cry. LETS GO ZIPS! MAKE US PROUD!

I love the optimism. I, too, am very excited about these final 4 games. I said at the beginning of the year, "The final season in the rubber bowl will be a special one." So far that's true. Sure we haven't won at home, but we've won 4 straight on the road! That's amazing. Plus, there have been super close games, but mainly high scoring ones which is fun. I'm not losing faith, and I hope you're not either. GO ZIPS!

I can use one word to sum up why we lost: DEFENSE! My gosh they sucked. If they would've showed up, it wouldn't have even been a game. I mean I know there were some turnovers and stuff, but not all of that was caused by the defense. Another thing is: GET ROGERS IN THERE! CJ just doesn't quite have the composure to play a whole game. Yes, I know lots of catchable balls were dropped, but try taking something off of those throws CJ!Positives: again our offense looks decent. I like the direction it's going. Our running game continues to be strong. Our special teams showed up.Against we were in the game. But how about we finish one?Being tied for second isn't bad, considering we are the best of the 2nd place teams IMO. BG will lose more. They aren't that good (which makes this loss even worse). Nothing else to do, but look ahead to Eastern and push this behind us. Go Zips!

My few keys to success on Saturday:1) Jacquemain CANNOT throw as many INTs as he's averaging per game. 2) Our secondary... no wait, our WHOLE defense can't give up huge yd. plays. It's killing us. 3) Make better play calling. Passing on 3 and 1 isn't gonna get it every time. Give it to Tuzze or another RB and run the ball to get the first. 4) Get the TE involved. Just plain and simple. Just my thoughts on the game on Saturday. Go Zips!It's 7:44...AND CAN'T STATE STILL SUCKS!

Yeah, I see your point, but we lost to Wisconsin, Cincy (barely), and Ball State. Those are respectable losses, and we were in the games most of the time. But yes, we MUST be more consistent if we want to contend for a MAC title.

That'd be a good game in my opinion. Let's just worry about these last few games though first.

It's kind of funny that in basketball, the EAST is the strong division, but in football, the WEST is the strong domination. It does look nice though. Come on Zips! Don't lose this season.

i chose better than I thought because we're scoring! and we're in basically every game so far. If our defense could step it up a bit, we'd be a pretty darn tough MAC team.
