we are the oddball outcasts..... we aren't just a minority, we are the insane fringes. everyone else... they don't just demand a winner before they will turn their head, they will demand the assurance that the winning may continue, before they dip their tepid toes into the waters of fandom.

I know I know, even though I tried to post that I meant no offense to the "person who put forth the effort", I realize that my ego got in the way and I wanted to be the first to point out that it was indeed a photoshop. Should I ship off to miami yet?
-
yes no offense to the person who put forth the effort, but I could do a better photoshop then that. The text's perspective is off badly Show us. k, I expect it will take only two adjustments to the text. One to distort the perspective so that the text appears to shrink as it moves rightward (and away), and one to adjust it along the perspective lines of the architecture. BRB

You would be quite surprised. I happen to be about a mile from there for my job. I haven't seen a single police car do down his road all day. I live not too far from there, and while I rarely ever have reason to drive that road, I have heard that police have a street presence there. Also, I can attest to some interesting low level air traffic recently.

Amen, Zen, and spot on! I've got no closet jealousy toward The King. I'm loving every nano-second of NATIONAL sports media saying "AKRON, AKRON, AKRON!" You go, LBJ! Don't let the little jealous serfs get you down. Now Cleveland, on the other hand? Well they can go burn in h#ll every time they say that LeBron is their "hometown" player. Screw you Cleveland, LeBron's from Akron. I hope LBJ joins D-Wade & C-Bosh in Miami while Cleveland averages about 3,000-per-game next year as they win maybe 5 games, & LeBron continues to give his now customary props to his hometown of Akron as he wins an NBA championship and another league MVP, while afterwards we hold a championship party for LeBron in Akron - where LeBron will always continue to live in the off-season. Everyone repeat after me, "I am not from Cleveland. I am from Akron. Go smolder in h#ll, Cleveland." I thought this was an Akron board. What you say I cannot disagree with. I happen to be a fan of some Cleveland sports teams, and I would in fact love it for LeBron to play here forever. I was focusing on the crybabies in the media. They love having control. They are the biggest narcissists and egoists around, but they conceal their dirty little aggressions under the veil of professionalism and journalism. But they broadcast their insecurities ever time they take a rip on LeBron for controlling his own destiny, and milking them for more attention. If I was Lebron and I had the world by the balls, I would give two shyts about these peons of the pen. They're trying to stir the people's opinion against LeBron simply because he has the audacity to do what they try to do everyday, and that is simply to have influence over the topic of discussion. They are the gatekeepers of information, and they don't like anyone who willingly dominates attention. Someone tell me how it really cause you any sort of real pain to hear about LeBron again today, instead of Obama or the Gulf Oil spill? Are we really pricked by this, or do we just feign injury because our ego's tire of the fact that we are still nameless, faceless players in life?
-
wah wah wah... Everyone in the world who takes themselves too seriously (which is, in fact, almost everyone in the world), are tired of LeBron. It takes a closet narcissist to call out a public one. We are all selfish creatures, and those of us who have been humbled by life hold in contempt those of us who have not. I say, go Lebron. MILK THAT MEDIA COW! What a bunch of contemptuous crybabies. Screw 'em all.

thanx, I'm going to order it

hmph... that bear have some sorta electro-fart propulsion in the second intro?

perhaps true in terms of coverage in volume of content.... but perhaps not so true in terms of quantity of readership?

yes, unfortunately, yes. The "hardest-core" followers are the leastest likely to quit being fans, right? So, unfortunately, it's not about rewarding you for being such good fans, it's about taking advantage of the hard-core-ness of your fandom and giving the reward to the people who coughed up loot. I'm not saying I agree with it, but it makes sense. The point that you made which makes a lot of sense is the potential for spotlighting "game day atmosphere" in the prime location (as well as rewarding the most ardent of fans). But another unfortunate fact is that the people making decisions probably don't subscribe to the same vision about which type of atmosphere is best to convey.

that doesn't look like very much digging

Awful news. I hope JD wasn't the one who ruined him by sitting him so much. The new coaches are not respecting anything that has happened in the past and are playing head games with some of the past starters(not referring to the above). I hated head games and that BS. I hope things turn out well. head games? Are you serious? That's BS crap to do to anyone. Maybe saying that they don't respect old starters is the same thing as putting everyone on the same level with a clean slate from another vantage point, but to intentionally mess with people is a completely different thing, and not how I would expect a quality program to be run. Even if you didn't like a guy or thought he wasn't quality material by your standards, you man up and tell them. Women play mind games. That crap is petty

OU Dance Team Member: Unusual or Visionary?

If you had a pack with your roommate, you may want to check, you may be gravy too. pacts are so American-Pie-ish -
Their our rival? That's only a good fix for the Can't campus. Otherwise, you'll need to keep 'They' as your subject and 'are' as your verb.

I would consider it if I had some decent footage of this genius. I'm fairly good at audio editing, but I would need to find someone who can do a narrator voice at least passably close to the bud commercial guy. -

I feel a beer commercial coming on: *sings* REAL MEN OF GENIUS <gruff voice>Here's to you, heterosexual-male-dance-team-member! You got those girls right where you want them.... like puddy in your hands. You're not worried about laughter from the stands. You get the last laugh. So what if you act a bit effeminate to get the girl's gaurd down? </gruff voice> <singer improv interlude>I'm not really gay-ay!</singer> <gruff voice> So crack open and ice cold budweiser, mister heterosexual-male-dance-team-member! No one will ever know the pioneering ground you are breaking... ... and you like it better that way.</gruff narrator> <singer-in-rushed-pace>heterosexual-male-dance-team-members don't want competitionnnnnnnnnnnn</singer> [edit]I changed to "real men of genius" instead of "real american heroes", since they are both bud commercials of teh same format, and it seemed more appropriate. -

You could tell that Kool thoroughly believed in himself, and he knew before he shot that they were going in.Fortunately, Kool went cold at just the right time. After Kool and Medlock, I fairly sure that the single scorer boogieman is not going to scare us.See you at the Q
