We need to all calm down. We need to realize that none of us are ourselves right now. Additionally, I'm afraid these next two weeks may likely continue to be very aggravating/demoralizing for us all. @ ROCK1, i really like Chicago State's arena. Thanks for posting that. I love the steeper grade of the lower bowl. That place looks like it would be deafening with a large crowd in there! We could add 1000-2000 seats, some additional suites, perhaps a club level and upgrade the scoreboard and it'd be ideal.

I know that I wouldn't have wanted to be a moderator during the Abreu fiasco. Stressful time.

I much prefer two tiers with a loges level sandwiched in the middle. IMHO it just gives an arena more of a big-time feel.

Coach Bowden looks great. It was a good event. There were about 450 men/boys there. (Maybe closer to 500.) I hope we made some new Zips fans!

GoZips, last night I misspoke concerning Trevor. Trevor had played in our children's basketball league for two or three years and had developed into a nice little player. When he didn't play this year I thought he had decided to play for Marlington's traveling team. However, this morning when speaking with someone who actually knows what they're talking about , I guess Trevor decided not to play basketball at all this year and focus on karate. Sorry about the misinformation. Trevor is a great kid and the Weigands are a fantastic family. Go Zips!
