Garvin Clarke was our 3rd leading scorer vs. KSUcks (8 points). His defense was one of the game changers.
Hankerson only finished with 6 points, but was so close to scoring 8 points in the final 5-ish minutes alone... just had shots rim out.
His shot looks good & he's still confident shooting it.
Hunter had 5 and was sort of a no-show in the 2nd half. It'd be great if he stepped it up just a bit more. 8 point's be great... same w/ Hank.
Enrique had 19 & 17.
X put himself in the lead for MACPOY w/ 24 points & thoroughly outplayed Carry (who played all 40 minutes).
UT sophomore guard Ra'Heim Moss may have the athleticism to guard X one-on-one. He's an explosive, solidly-built stud who I believe was being recruited by Michigan State as a safety or WR (IIRC) but chose UT for basketball. He played at Spire Institute & can jump out of the gym.
UT sophomore guard EJ Farmer was one of the better players in the state his senior year coming out of Cleveland Heights (was a junior when Garvin Clarke was a senior). Averaged over 20 PPG his senior season (IIRC). He hasn't yet hit a stride @ UT yet but wouldn't it be our luck if he had a breakout game...
UT senior forward Setric Miller seems like he's been at UT forever. He's big, strong, skilled, high basketball I.Q. & should give Enrique a better game than the KSUcks head case Chris Payton did.
