Correct me if I'm wrong, but IIRC X couldn't throw it in the ocean that game until the game winner. Right? I had a few tickets so took some friends to that game. I never liked taking ppl to the EMU games because their zone D always slowed the game down & made for some low scoring, boring play and that day was no different... until the very end. The guys I took to that game still talk about it.

Correct. Clarke is NOT out for the season with his injury. Dawson IS out for the season with his injury. But we've known about Dawson's status for a while now.

When there is a nice crowd present it's a great atmosphere. The lawn chairs & blankets along the 3rd baseline & circling the outfield look pretty cool. (As I type that it sounds tongue-in-cheek, but it's not. I guess you've got to see it in person.)

Just got a "403 Forbidden" message as I was attempting to edit the initial post of the 23 Verbal Commitments thread. Was not able to update the post. Edit: Maybe the message didn't say "403." I tried updating Post #1 in the '23 Commits thread again this morning and the message is simply "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access this resource." (I'm trying it here simply to see if I can edit this post.)

Why is Groce complaining like he’s a spectator on ZipsNation? It’s his job to install offense. It’s his job to make sure they’re moving. We were standing around like a 6th grade team. I’ve seen a million high school games better played than that. It’s also Groce’s job to recruit players who can play at this level. Give me Ali, Dawson, X, and Tavari. The rest of Groce’s recruits look like D-2 players. Groce doesn’t get credit for winning the lottery with Freeman. Kobe Mitchell looks like he’s going to crap his shorts when someone passes him the ball. He passes up open 3’s to pass the ball… to Tribble… on the perimeter.
