great question....for me sometimes....my exp is that the farther west the channels re the fox sports 600 dtv channels the less blacked out... for example FSN Detroit may have akron iowa st game blacked out but FOX SW for ex will carry the game...no consistency/rhyme or reason why in this regard & i've been with DTV since '98
