Zeke. We're seeing the difference in our defense right now. He had such an impact, and something that really was hard to quantify. We miss him. All the other players were/are great, but they didn't have that extra dimension Zeke had. No one in the MAC ever has. Tree has the potential to surpass him by next year.

KD got outcoached this weekend. Halftime adjustments were non existent.. Other teams adjusted and dominated the second half.

Yeah thanks for stopping. I posted in the first half that we were better but I was very wrong. We had no answer when ISU turned it on.. Must be a fun team to watch. I'm anxious to see how they hold up against a Big 12 team with some bigs. However our bigs are pretty darn good and they were shut down. Good luck this year.

We maybe shot 45 treys. I was fine with it when they were good looks in the first half, but that was an ugly second half. Terrible defense.. Seems like they scored on 90 percent of their trips on the second half. Too many second chances.

If we had another 3 week break, I'd imagine KD would spend it working on transition defense. ISU has nothing from their sets. Beating us in transition of our misses when they do score.

Like I said if the right guy is available. Don't take a QB to take a QB. Carr probably would have flopped on most teams. "GM Zippy" would have taken Luck, Stafford, Newton, Ryan, Ben, Palmer, Cutler, Brees, Manning, Eli, Rivers and so on in the spots they were taken. Do you think teams that passed over those guys are thinking "great thing we passed on our franchise QB, we weren't ready for one!" Hint: the answer is no, they're probably kicking themselves for trading their picks or taking D'Brickshaw Ferguson
